Recently I had visited the kollam josco showroom for buying some jewels.
At the showroom it was a great experience for me from the security person on the door to till the delivery section. All the staffs were exceptionally good and outstanding behaviour towards each and every customers.
It was a new experience for me since had visited so many showrooms earlier.there was a nice, rare and elegant collection of jewells in the showroom. The quality of the jewelry was assured as per the international standard also the offers was amazing.
Overall it was a wonderful experience josco group presented me.
I took this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to each and every staff at josco kollam branch.

Very bad experience. Sales executives are very rude. They are only interested in making profit by looting its customers and doesn't care about anything else.

Staff's behavior was really pathetic, they don't know how to treat customers. The salesman was not interested to show us their collections. You should understand that people are purchasing with their hard-earned money and for that you have to show customers the available collections. Josco Kollam is going to loss many customers only because of their sales people's behavior. We have been purchasing from Josco for almost 10 years now, but from the last experience, we have decided to not go to Josco Kollam ever in our lifetime and will not recommend any relatives or neighbors to go there. I felt almost all the salesmen there had the same arrogant attitude, but previously it was not. If the management is not taking appropriate action against those lazy and arrogant salesmen
then Josco Kollam will be in business loss in very near future.

Jewellery shops usually have very good customer service, but i had the worst experience from josco kollam. The salesman named Mr Anto gave the intolerable attitude while purchasing, left us with a feeling of being looted off at ease. And weighing machine was showing non accurate reading for which the saleman said it will at times show 0.01g above or below. If the scale of a jewellery shop is inaccurate then I think i should never visit or suggest it to other people
