I rarely visit Ekm but whenever I do I make sure that I visit Jovial collections. One of the best shops to buy women's clothing in Ekm. Would recommend. 10/10

Bad customer service. Wont stick to deadlines for stitching and pushes things till last minute with poor quality of service. Gave 8 items for stitching, trialed one for alteration and they borrowed time to alter others but didn’t even touch it. Very disappointed as an NRI customer. So any NRI’s visiting this store please ensure you get value for your money. Collections are decent however overpriced. Staffs with no integrity and very cold and unwelcoming towards customers.
