Just Bake Chengannur

Ordered Vancho cake from here. Cake base contains too much sugar syrup. It taste like two days old cake.
Very poor quality and expensive also.

Ordered online twice. That cake is ordered after seeing the option available. But later hours later he would call me saying no and give me another cake. The first time I was told this, I bought another cake. When this happened a second time, I canceled the order. Bad experience. If you can't accept the order online then why would you place it.

Very bad experience. Received a cake with the wrong name written on the cake inspite of texting and sharing the details separately which was disappointing

Juices and shakes were good But the snacks disappointed me. Cold samosas and paneer puffs were terrifying?

I am a regular customer of just bake. The cake was good aswell earlier.

But recently I ordered Malted chocolate cake last month and Rasmalai cake today from Chengannur outlet.

I have noticed that the cake is so dry and doesn’t look like prepared the same day. Thought of posting this as this happened twice now.
Please consider this while preparing next orders.

Today I brought a butterscotch cake from mundancavu Just Bake (chengannur). Cake was not good, much expensive when compared with the quality.

Very Very bad experience I got from chengannur just bake. Plz don't go there. Very cheap service. They did not prepare the cake which i wanted on my son's 2nd birthday day.

It was my first try with Just Bake. The customer care is the best and the cakes are also very tasty and they are so much different from what we have already tasted!

Bad puffs.
Most of the snack items here is not up to the price. Much Expensive when compared with the quality & quantity of each item. Cakes are good.

It was my first try with the Just Bake. We had their pastries. The then available pastries were mango, raspberry and butterscotch. Raspberry pie pastry was too yummy and flavorful. The cake layers were very soft and looked elegant. It's chocolate flavoured. Also tried their butterscotch pastry, but wasn't up to the mark. It didn't taste a bit like butterscotch and no way justifies the flavour they named it. Raspberry Pie costs Rs 80 per piece and Butterscotch costs Rs 75 per piece. Customer-friendly staff.

Delicious cakes with reasonable price is the main highlight. The customer care is the best and the cakes are also very tasty and they are so much different from what we have already tasted.

There are many wide varieties and that too in different kgs and very good customer service

Its a small cake shop with tasty cakes.

The cakes are really good.we can order in advance too.cards and upi are accepted.

Visited the store in Chengannur with a doubt if it’s the same Just bake which i used to visit a decade ago in Bangalore. The staff confirmed that it is a franchise of the same bakery.

Purchased chocolate doughnut and a plum cake. Counter staff asked if he needs to heat the doughnut. Since it is a common practice in India I didn’t think twice but said “not required”.

But after reaching home when we tried, it was hard as a rock. The worst doughnut which i have ever had.

I really request Just Bake to take real care on the expiry dates and quality of items sold in their stores. Or else your loyal customers will never visit the store again. It is advisable to tag the production and expiry date on the doughnut somehow.since it may not be a regular moving item in small towns like ours.

Still waiting for the opinion about the Plum cake, since i didn’t eat it but gave to a relative when we visited their home.

Variety of cakes, juices shakes etc available. Everything is good. Brownies and donuts are really nice. I tried almost all items. Recommended.

The delivery guy here has too much of attitude. Cake is costly and not worth the the amount you pay. I bought German Chocolate cake which was really not upto the original standard.

Cake was not good, Customer service is pathetic. Staff's attitude is like they have no interest in selling products.

My expectations were too high as the one we have in Bangalore was great. We bought a fontain cake. Wherein a car and all was there but the layer of fontain was not thin, which made the Cake taste less good, inner cake was also not so great. It was German chocolate.whoever came for the party had the inner cake and not the fontain part. Then we bought puffs few days back and that too was too spicy, we had informed we don't want spicy and a guy came and explained it is less spicy and good and all. 5 Star for staff behavior and cleanliness and other factors but the product they gave is not up to the mark

Poor service. Due to rain i asked them to give delivery which they refused for same reason. They told me its raining so they also can't deliver.

Good services, yummy cakes ️, Rich taste shake, and quantity and quality chicken puff, and the sugarless chocolate feel rich taste But not good for very Veg samoosa
I love the ambiance in that shop its feel good
And very good customer service.
