Beautiful location. Good choice for evening reception party. Located almost 16km away from Calicut city. Due to the construction of NH66 it's too difficult to reach there. A large dining area and ample parking space available.

Ample space and good facilities. A/C French hall. Good rooms and make up studio. Only drawback is that common restrooms are very less in number and there are no separate restrooms for men and women. Restrooms in the auditorium are well maintained. No shade in parking area.

Heritage well maintained. An old tile factory remodeled as a resort and convention centre. Rooms were very clean, towels and sheets were well washed. The convention centre too looked very spacious. Definitely good for weddings or other events. But audio was a bit of a problem. A panoramic view. Food was average, especially if you are a vegetarian.

K Hills, Ramanattukara, Kozhikode was a tile factory turned convention center on a hilltop beside Ramanattukara Farook college road. The auditorium is very spacious and the stage is very big and visible for everyone in the auditorium.

I was a participant of State Paediatric Conference CALPEDICON at K HILLS.
For such a big conference parking area should be arranged properly. Security person directed me to park in a area with concrete pillars & my diesel tank was damaged due to this concrete pillars.
Many Pillars were there. No responsible persons came to solve when my Innova Crysta was stucked due to the pillar.
My day was spoiled& I have to keep my car at service centre.
I'm from Ernakulam & I came to Ernakulam by Taxi

HORRIBLE INCIDENCE

Absolutely vibrant place. Excellent for conferences, wedding reception, etc. Spacious parking area.

It's super place, large parking space, good atmosphere. 1500+ people programs choose best place. I have found one draw back toilet is ltd.

While the hall looks good the staff is utterly unprofessional and lacks integrity.

I had booked the auditorium under the conditions that if something happens due to covid I would want full repayment and they agreed.

Unfortunately when this really happened first they deferred paying back 25000₹ saying they are at loss. Later they started ignoring.

Finally when I went all the way to the auditorium they told me they have decided to not repay as none of the auditorium is repaying for that period and with that they went against their words. They decided to not repay me 25000₹.

I don't recommend working with such staff.

No sign boards at any deviations. I think management should arrange. If you reach there it's a beautiful place with more than enough parking

The auditorium is very spacious and the stage is very big and visible for everyone in the auditorium. The audio system is perfect. We feel some conjunction in the dining area. The yard of the erstwhile factory is the parking lot and therefore plenty of vehicles can comfortably park here.

Nice conventional hall, many works are in progress. Parking area is full of muddy water during rainy season, of it's also interlocked, then its very nice.

Went for my dad's cousins Daughters marriage, as in the name it was located on one hill only. Silent area which near by farook college.

Good parking facilities are there, nice ambience, but ac cooling was not there proper

And Catering area or food serving area is totally heat, can't even stand there for 10 minutes you will get swet, no problem sealing is provided in the fooding area.

They have a wonderful area and there are good facilities too, like prayer room is there for both ladies and gents, bathroom facilities are there etc.

Nice place to visit a function attractive parking space and wonderful interior design with good finish.

Lovely place to have big program.the wedding destination of calicut now.but reaching out is very difficult.far off from city n heavy traffic congestion

I had booked this place for my wedding last month. This is the best venue in Calicut with an ambience of international standards. The booking process and service was on point and hassle free. Good auditorium with sufficient facilities. Here exist Outdoor as well as indoor stages. Sufficient parking facilities are also available.

Near to Ramanattukara and Chungam. Accessible easily from Calicut by pass road too. Near to Farook College. Open and closed halls. Separate dinig halls and parking area. Nice arrangements.

Everything is nice and well made, but why isn't there any shades or proper facility for parking? It's on a hill and the vehicles get hot as hell after parking for a few minutes. I'm sure they are charging a hefty amount for the facilities.

Like the ambiance of auditorium and very spacious air conditioned hall, concept of benches in hall make more royal look. Decently maintained.

Its one of the good auditorium in Calicut, but for big functions, its not suitable because of less parking place. This situated in a hilly area and Once the top parking is full u need to park your vehicle at down side of the hill and u need to climb back. Narrow entrance makes it worst during rush time, your vehicle clutch disc will burn and smell bad.

It's a great venue with beautifull view and ample space for parking. Its a little hard to get there but the view is totally worth it

K hills not like an auditorium. Its a old tile factory. If we do a program there, we will never have a program run by a program at an auditorium. The outdoors settings are very impressive. In my opinion, it would be very nice if the night program is being played on the outdoors
