A small junction on haripad ernakulam stretch of national highway. Well connected with nearby towns. Neareat railway station and bus stand only 4 kms. Close to temples and mosques. A wholesale fish market, ice factory and few small industrial and service enterprises are present any few stores that can address basic requirements of an ordinary household are present. Notable historical land marks include kumaranasan memorial and religious centers like mannarassala are nearby.

It's a small junction. It's a stop for KSRTC ordinary buses. There are some stationary shops there.

You can have good fish and chicken here, vegetable store is also there, roadside restaurant is also present.

It is a small bus stop. Only KSRTC Ordinary buses and green JNram buses have stop there.
