Prices were reasonable and collections were good. Especially the boats and statue collection were really good.

They just moved stores and a lot of their inventory is not arranged. They didn't seem interested to go look for things since it was tucked away upstairs. The pieces we went looking for looked unfinished or damaged or had glue markings. We did end up buying two things and the people were pleasant. They would have made more money had they been more organized or shown more ownership in wanting to do more sales. Perhaps it's due to the move.

The place is good but the cost of products are considerably very in comparison with the local markets, which ultimately makes the persons to think twice to buy the products from kairali. Hence the firm has to refix their products according to the prevailing market strategy.

It's sad to see the state of govt.stores when the state has so much to offer. The store is dull, damp and smells terrible with nothing that does justice to the state's beauty and offerings in terms of handicraft.
