Very bad behavior from the staff and managment. We can't admit them. Location also very bad. Providing foods are not good.

Very bad behaviour from the side of the owner. No basic discipline provided for the customers. Using very disrespectful language towards the customers.not providing a good service at all.

One of the worst room i have ever experienced and the service was very bad Andy it's very expensive (1 day cost around 12k)

Beautiful place and great service.
The owner lady is very humble.
The food provided was just like home cooked and washrooms were very clean.
Tents and bedding was also clean and comfortable.
Football, Basketball, Volleyball, pool, foosball etc is available.
Can even take a cycle for a ride

We had really great time here! Felt like home. We were deeply touched by the warmth and hospitality during our visit. We had one of the most beautiful memories. You’re absolutely amazing! A wonderful home stay close to nature with great food and wonderful people to host, what else you need to make a perfect vacation! Thanks to Moly Aunty who made our stay perfect and thanks to Jomon for the tasty food! You guys rock and make this place heaven!

We stayed here with my friends and their kids, Everyone likes this place especially kids. Mr Alex and his mother is very helpful and kind. The way they treating guests is really great. And their food is awesome. We will visit this place again and will stay there for long.

I stayed here with my family during the end of April. It was a nice and welcoming experience from Alex and his team. Lots of outdoor activities available in the resort for kids and elders. Better stay with a group of kids. Nearby there are scenic attractions. I felt the food was a bit expensive there but it was homely and tasty food experience.

Nice place to chill out with family. Cool ambience and calm atmosphere which make us feel relaxed.

Naturally beautiful place. Super place to visit. Good atmosphere. Beautiful seen in the evening. Home stays are available in daily rent basis. Small hotel are there for food. Paid parking is available. Easily reachable by road.

Had really amazing experience. Would strongly suggest this place. Beautiful scenery all around. Small river stream passes right from the front where you can chill and just enjoy the nature.

Nice place. Very silent. Calm place to enjoy the vacation. Not much commercial. Home feel. Rooms are very simple, neat and clean. Don't expect like a star hotel. It will be like a good house in a village. Like a clean relative house.

Stayed for a day, Alex the owner was present to take care of us.
There are two double bed rooms with toilets attached. We also took a few tents.
The common hall has a sperate set of toilets for gents and ladies. The toilets are very well maintained.

The amenities at the place were a small futsall court, a very good volley ball court, foos ball table and a good pool table.
Star attraction is the pond in the facility which is fed by the water from the mountain streams.life jackets are available for kids and adults, lifebuoys were also available.

The property is a stone throws distance from the river and one can go for a dip there.

Cycles are also available.

Alex took us for a trek up a mountain side through rubber trees and it was a medium level climb.not easy for novices but not at all difficult for regular trekkers.

The food at the place is very good, prepared at Alex's home.

Overall a very good property, if you traveling from Karnataka and have an airtel sim, please be prepared to have no network.vodafone, jio and bsnl work well.

Good place to stay with family and friends.the base camp has good location and view, and centrally located from all tourist sight seeing places. Polite staff and helpful crew, well maintained ambience and upon request they will set up camp fire too, they have nice play area, overall it's a comfortable place to stay and enjoy

About 50 km from Kozhikode City including Ghat road. Vast open River Banks without mud, having Natural Shaped Stones and cool and crystal clear water. Good views of Mountains and waterfalls. Pay and use toilets and free parking on narrow Roadside available. Best Tourist attraction neglected by govt. Needs better roads and parking facility.
