Excellent customer care with good hospitality makes your eyes open and the price of the products are fair.

Very bad customer service. Overpriced and quality of products are also too bad. Today I visited the shop and have to spend 2 hours in order to exchange a defective product. Their return policy is so disappointing that they are not ready to refund even a small amount. Waste of money and time never recommend.

Today I visited the shop.very bad experience.the sales men n women not showing the clothes.they are least bothered about the customers.they don't have interest to take out the clothes what ever we are asking.if we ask according to our budget they r showing us the higher price of the same product. They are not showing at all.really insulting the customers.first of all go n practice hospitality, customer service.vere bad.totally disappointed.again vl not visit

Very bad customer service. Not satisfied with first floor staff. They are not mind customers and very lazy staffs especially fancy side.

Quite large and spacious. Had a variety of dresses for different ages in affordable prices. The customer service could be better. I also felt that the options for men and little boys were quite less compared to that of females.

I visited kalpaka textiles today, the reception was very poor and the staffs were too irresponsible to show us materials & stuff. The collection of clothes was also not up to the mark. Extremely disappointed.

The sales representatives have a bad attitude not all of them but most of them are not helpful and doesn't even care for what we ask. They are not helpful at all and are lazy and caught up in their gossip circle.
