One of the staff named Saritha in the cash section is very polite and down to earth person. She can understand customers needs very well and we can talk to her whenever we need as a friend.

Store offers almost all the items as needed. During my visit, I was wonderfully assisted by the staff Ms Deepthi throughout my shopping.

You'll get almost everything in this hypermarket for the households.
Products on their own brand (Kalyan's) are on a bit cheaper side.

If you are a person who is into cooking non-traditional food and is disappointed by non-availabillity of ingredients, Kalyan Hypermarket is your Go-to place. You can find almost everything starting from kale, thyme, rosemary, coconut flour, dark chocolates, whipping cream, frozen foods to clothes, baking utensils, clothes and the list goes on. Almost all the organic products are also available here. Check it out atleast once. They also have a nice bakery.

The only con I find in going to Kalyan is that you end up buying stuff you didn't plan on buying in the first place.

I am trying to order items on the App. My pincode is 680022. I have added this in my details. Yet when I give my location it keeps jumping to 680008. The message comes that my location does not match. I am unable to order. There is a problem with the App.

Good place for shopping with kids. They love being here for shopping. One can have ice cream, coffee tea and small snacks inside the premises. It is also a place for shopping clothes.

Spacious, neat and arranged/stacked in a way easy to locate. High volume of commodities. Reasonable parking space. Reasonable spread of billing counters. Very nice experience.

I got an cash voucher from them for purchasing more than 3000 they give me ₹250 cash voucher and the condition on the voucher was this voucher is given only to the customers who had purchased more than ₹3000 and next was you can redeem this voucher if you purchase for ₹ 500.etc. They give not a single voucher or ₹250 they give me ₹50 ×5 vouchers and when I go to redeem they are saying you can only use one voucher at a time and the whole voucher is only valid 30 days. They are saying u can only use 1 voucher if u purchase more than 500 that means if u want to get the whole amout of voucher ie 250 u have to purchase for 2500 they are not printed this term in their voucher. Bad soo bad. At the time of offer they said ifu buy for 3000 u get ₹250 cash voucher and like me some fools buys it and they provide not single voucher 5 vouchers of ₹50 and the condition printed doses not saying u can redeem only one at a time baddd sooo bad. I suggest my friend pls don't go there. Making us fool don't buy vegitables fruit pulses from there it's poor quality I sware

Not a friendly atmosphere. There are some good employees there (1 or 2), but starting from the people, who take care of your bag to sales, billing, and watchmen, it's on their face that they don't want you to shop from that place. If you're dressed decently but your friend isn't, they just take care of you, but ignore the friend, worse- constantly mocks them for not being"rich".

People attending customers are very much courteous but billing counters are slow and very less in number, the bottleneck

Good Hypermarket, but unlike traditional shops they have arranged the grocery items in two floors which is kinda difficult when compared to other supermarkets that sets up all grocery items in the ground floor itself.

Located on Thrissur north bus stand, near Royal Enfield bike showroom, on road side. The building structure have 6 floors for shopping, including ground level. And an extra basement level. The vehicle parking is arranged in two sides: on front side and on back side. There is a juice shop outside the main building. But there is no sitting facility. Each level have separate floor managers. Entrance is through the right door. Baggage keeping and billing is on the ground level. The ground level is for grocery and food items. There is a bakery/ cafeteria set up on the right side. Chair and table are provided there. Many famous magazines are displayed over there. On the first floor, it is for cosmetic items, soap, detergent, toys. The second floor is for home appliances, kitchenware, electronic items. The other floors are for clothing for ladies, gents and kids. Kalyan hyper market provides coupon vouchers to the customers, who purchase above 1000. And there is lucky draw selection in various occasions like Onam, Christmas, new year. Good customer service.

It's huge hypermarket with all facilities.its looking so good and neat.parking facilities, ATM machine, etc every basic needs are available.

Provides a wide range of products but I was disappointed with the textile section as I had bought a pant in which wrinkles appeared after the 1st wash

It's a hypermarket with grocery, applianeslces and dresses (3 floors dedicately for Dress section). Parking was a little troublesome. Kalyan as well as other brand items are available there. Billing is sometimes very much crowdy. Good one for day-to-day needs.

Very good place for shopping. There is some discounts for some vegetables on Tuesday and Saturday. I mostly goes for those discounts. There is also a section with organic vegetables.
The clothing section on 3rd and 4 the floor has less variety and comparatively expensive.

Improved alot.really a hub for groceries, vegetables, fruits, dress, sandals. The only negative thing I felt was there is no non veg items like fresh fish, chicken and meat.
