I'm a shareholder of kalyan Jewellers I personally visit its store so that I can see how efficient the company is doing its business Overall it's amazing you must have visited once. They are mostly fair in their approach. I have been there many times and I think they are one of the best in kochi in terms of pricing and professionalism.

Looks there is no supervisor. No warmth welcome. Lack of coordination. All together something missing. Sale persons are good.

The making charges are so high, and non negotiable, its better to opt for chungath, where people are compromising, and quite relatable. Chungath people are ready to reduce their profit share for a customer. They do value customers. And for your info, I've got a price reduction of 3800 Rupees from Chungath

Experienced staff and well behaved. It's all part of sales whether you go to a different jewelry or not. The parking, the ambiance and showroom with its collection definitely stands out

I am not happy with Kalyan jewellers. We had some advance booking monthly deposit with Kalyan jewellers and when I went there to claim the product they had made me wait for hours like we went to buy those for free.

Sales people only taking care of wedding purchase single purchase people they're treated like as we are begging

Customer service is very appreciative. If we buy a good ornaments, they will let us know the making charges, cess, flood cess and gst in a simple language.

Mr. Abhijith, the zonal manager, who introduced me and the salesman who attended my case were very friendly and helpful. My experience, there, was pleasent and comfortable. I prefer a second visit too, upon necessity.

Me and my friend visited here to buy 5 gold coins (1 coin 8 grams) and amount worth 190000 their costumer relation is very bad and they didn't provide any drinks or tea to us and they didnt give any gifts or compliments as they offered on their advertisements if we visited any local gold shop they will give purse or glasses minimum but in their case they didn't give nothing

Variety collection of ornaments. For Antic Lovers, I suggest it's the best, as different collections are available. Have a separate area for kids also. ️

I had recently been to kalyan for buying a daily wear chain and pendant. Though they didnt have wide varieties under this category, i could shortlist 2 frm a bunch of chains and finalise 1 at the end. Customer service was very good. The making charge for the chain was convincing but for a small simple pendant of 1.6 grams they took 24% making charge which was too much. I tried bargaining around the making charge but failed. I had moved around and seen the wedding gold collection too It was pretty good.

They gave the option to book jewellery with current rate and let's you buy it for the compatible rate with respect to present rates within a time frame obviously. Had good experience with purchase however would seem better if there are lady staffs as it is filled with nale staff selling jewellery for women, lol

I am an old customer of kalyan jewellers. I used to tell people that 'Kalyanum undekil Kalyan jewellersil pokenam'. Because, to have good collections.

Outside the shop they have big banner saying assured gifts for Christmas, for shopping over 15k free gift from house hold appliances, I purchased a 8gm gold worth of 28,800 and what they gave me is just a ladies purse which you can buy it for 10 rupees in road side shop, I enquired him about the gift they we simply coming up with some excuses and story. When you have such a brand name you should have some esteem to maintain it too.
Please don't do fake advertisement and promises.
