The experience we felt at kalyani jewellers were very comfortable. The staffs were also very helpful especially a staff named shinu and other one (sorry for not asking the name)
Vipin kumar was really helpful. They have good collections in earring and rings. But bracelet could be more and also billing takes a lot of time. This process should be made much much faster

Extremely bad customer service, instead of resolveing the manufacturing defect we got FREE ADVICE even without an appology
This is the message that we received from the staff who attended us,
"if we are purchasing with kalyan we should be ready to accept manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defect of the product is also a FAILURE FROM THE CUSTOMER SIDE NOT FROM THE KALYAN JEWELLERS I felt time is up for giving some classes to the staff regarding " how to behave properly the customers ".
I am extremely sorry to say about the pathetic customer service that we received from the thodupuzha branch.we visited the branch because of the manufacturing defect of the product that we received from Sharjah branch, when the staff came to know we are there for rectifying the defect, instead of helping us first comment of him was”it’s our mistake that we didn’t check the item properly when we purchased. Then they took the item for checking and as a result of checking they broke the product and by hiding this information they insisted to repurchase the product. When we didn’t get the correct match. They assured us for the repairing after a week we received a call that we have to exchange it from the Sharjah branch itself. At the end of the talk we received a FREE ADVICE from the same staff who welcomed us initially, “NOW U GUYS STUDIED A LESSON BEFORE PURCHASING THE ITEM” What does it mean, if the item has a manufacturing defect the customer have to bear, is it? Or otherwise its the full responsibility is on the customer to check each nd every corners of the product with a microscope? I don’t know. Is this the customer service that u are assuring to u r customers through the advertisements? Unconditionally poor service experience …
I have one bad experiences from here, we deposit gold saving deposit one year before but they charged today's rate, but they didn't tell it before. Very bad experiences from kalyan jewellers i will never come back here.

Variety of collections. Good customer service and treatment. Mr. Linson and Mr. Sethu introduced us wide variety of ornaments. Helped us alot in selection process.
It's an okay showroom with kinda good collection. Customer service is also appreciable. But I've twice been part of their monthly scheme and I kind of felt cheated once the second policy was over. The scheme was for gold (5k per month) but eventually they said the scheme was a blend of gold and diamond whatever and we've been compelled to purchase an uncut diamond bracelet for that scheme. We would've been able to purchase around 2 pavans at that time with that money. After that we never visited the showroom.
