When I went for a purchaing, I did not get consideration because it was a small earring. I felt that customer value is only given to those who have more money.
The billing has taken over 1.5 hours and I have had a bad experience here. I wish the customer experience was better than what my parents and I went through. With my senior citizen parents no one even bothered to communicate the delay while the staff saw us wait for long hours. I had to go to the manager and tell them before we received an apology. A good customer experience means proactively recognising what’s a customers need and problem too. After this experience I am really hesitant to go back.
Kalyan made it's brand by their Quality of Products and Services. Here's no Difference. Customer Satisfaction is what they are Giving primary importance. Staffs and Their services are very Good and Reliable
I personally had very bad experience recently.rather we buy gold.they are eating our heads saying something about their schemes.if u take any scheme we are gonna give discount etc etc.other wise if we say no they are gonna get angry on us.these type of employees are a curse to an establishment.
Glorified jewellery shop which took more than 2 hours to bill two items. It was a Monday morning with hardly any customers. Maybe if billing would take time, they should be informing customers so that they can make use of that time better.
I'm not an expert in commenting about jewellers so cannot opinion about making charges and gold quality. All ornaments are offered in wide variety and patterns across age and culture. BIS hallmarked with 1 year guarentee is offered with take back scheme. Ideally located with parking facility is a blessing.
My experience is so bad. Kalyan is one of the most reputed Jewellers, there is no doubt at all. When u ofr ur MC 3% in ur advt it is very intrstng, but while purchasing gold frm u the same is mountening up. I think sometimes it is up to 50%. In MC 3% package there wil b 1 or 2 pcs only.
All range of 916 gold ornaments; Kerala, Antique, Traditional, Chettinadu, Bengali, Rajasthani, Foreign, and also Diamond Collections. Purity Analizer was displayed in the showroom.
They followed Bad business practices. For example, they told me that they would give me special discounts, if I visited their shop on Sunday. But, it was false. There was no special discount. Their intention was to anyhow make me purchase jewellery from their shop.
പറ്റിക്കൽ അല്ലേ എല്ലാം. പെട്ട് പോയി. 15% പണിക്കൂലി വാങ്ങി ഒരു ചെറിയ വളക്ക്. മറ്റു കടകളിൽ വെറും 6% maximum ഉള്ളു. Original bill ചോദിച്ചു വാങ്ങുക. അവർ ഒറിജിനൽ ബിൽ തരില്ല. കാരണം അവർ പറ്റിച്ചു പൈസ വാങ്ങുക ആണ് നമ്മുടെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നും.

The place is Of course the very first jewellery venture from Kalyan group.and they maintain that tradition. Staff is of course with good experience n very helpful.best part is that they never force the customer to go for any product.hard to see those kinda attitude in other places.
Pros good quality and range of jewellery is available. Well behaved and well mannered staff. Diamond collection lacks choices. Parking facility is available but the person there was always on phone and not helpful the two times we went.
I felt their making charge is high. Service in Trissur branch was fine.
I visited their branch in Doha also and was disappointed with DOHA Wakrah branch customer care. They don’t accept diners club cards even though they advertised
