Poor customer service and arrogant attitude. Booked gold in advance but provided wrong information and the hidden clause forced us to buy extra gold to cope up with the making charge.

Very poor customer service from the staff. The worst staffs and sales executives ever seen in a shope.

One of the largest gold show room chains in Kerala. Outside look of the showroom itself is beautiful. Had been to here many times, once for a marriage purchase and a couple of other occasions for small purchases. Not an expert to comment about gold. But as in similar big showrooms, they have a good collection of a wide variety of models. Diamonds available in the first floor. Staff found very good always. Parking is good beside the building and also in the basement.

I had a really bad experience in here from the salespeople. Went to exchange a gold bangle for some new jewellery. When I asked them to return the money left after purchasing the required items, they pushed us like anything to buy for the rest of the amount even though we said we would like the money back. And when it was me paying the extra amount they were really enthusiastic about it. And they kept pushing me to buy diamonds when I clearly told them all I need was gold. My mother and I have decided to never go back to kalyan or atleast this particular showroom. You will definitely lose customers if you push them too hard. And I don't intend to write a mail or call the customer care number. I am simply not coming back

ഇവരുടെ സ്വർണച്ചിട്ടി പ്രകാരം ഞാൻ 9/1/22ഇന് ആലപ്പുഴ കല്യാണിൽ പോയി എല്ലാ രസീത്കളും ഹാജരാക്കി അപ്പോൾ ഒരു salesman പറയുകയാണ് ഇത് നിങ്ങൾ തന്നെ ആണോ ഈ റസീതുകൾ വല്ല റോഡിലും വച്ചു കളഞ്ഞു കിട്ടിയതാണോ എന്ന്. എനിക്ക് ഇതിലും വലിയ ഒരു മാനഹാനി ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല. ഇവർ കസ്റ്റമേഴ്സിന്റെ പണം വാങ്ങിയിട്ട് ആക്ഷേപിക്കുന്ന അനുഭവം ആണ്‌ എനിക്ക് തോന്നിയത് അതുകൊണ്ട് പ്രിയപെട്ടവരെ ഇവരുടെ കെണിയിൽ നിങ്ങൾ വീഴരുത്. പാവപെട്ട ജ്വലറിക്കർക്കുകൂടി ഇവർ ഒരു പേരുദോഷം ആണ്‌

Bought my Engagement ring from here. Ordered for 6 gram ring. The one i got was 5.25 gram. Disappointed with the first purchase.i was also planning to buy the wedding jewellery from here, Now never i will.

It's a good place to buy small and tiny ornaments. But don't expect or believe the advertisements to be true. Making charge is high here. Diamond collection is not satisfactory especially in the lower price range.

Good collections of jewellery but the sales men are too pushy. Asking to buy more when we clearly said we finished shopping.they were mocking at us at a point saying buy everything and just pay with everything you got. (they thought I didn't hear and I pretend not to).
