Wedding bands for men collection is poor. The rest is good. Good customer care service. But they didn't use the purity tester as they claim on advertisements on purchase by customer

Myself dr anu is not at all a regular gold or diamond puchaser. But just for a small purchase i came to kalyan angamaly jewellery and slowly i sarted purchasing very small items which i like the best. And the customer
care given for me from here, especially leo paul was awesome. And today was my bday and they cald me to wished me. Tats quite natural now. But they asked me to come here and want to cut my bdaycake and celebrate it. And that was really an auspicious moment for me

Kalyan jewellery Angamaly is one among many in the chain of Kalyan jewellery stores. Have good collection of jewellery. Jewellery with 22 carat, with and without precious stones embedded are available. Diamond jewellery collection is available.

Store is on the national highway hardly 300 meters from Angamaly KSRTC bus terminal.

Good experience. Nice customer service. Good selection also.
The salesman who served us was very pleased to describe each thing and was very friendly. He was very patient even if we visited the store by their EOD.

Great collection of gold and jwellery and very good attitude of people including a vibrant environment

Selection is very limited and the sales person is interested in selling diamond ornaments only.

Parking space is available infront of the shop.

Lot of space inside the shop and well maintained.

I visited Kalyan Jewellers showroom in Angamaly with my family yesterday i.e. 15 Oct 21. Following are the observations/ feedback based on our experience yesterday: -
(a) Limited stock of ornaments. The same was observed during our previous visits to both showrooms of Kalyan at Angamaly & MG Road Kochi.
(b) The salesmen did not brief the customer about the making charges (in our case exorbitant making charges of upto 17% charged which we realised after final bill was generated) for each of the ornaments we wanted to see/ shop. Only stone & metal weight were explained.
(c) Think twice before opting for/ investing in any scheme as they are not properly explained and confusion prevails which one realizes while closing it post maturity.
(d) The staff took a long time to process payment and settlement of bill.
(e) My wife & daughter felt that the Kalyan could go for few saleswomen too (presently none).
I have explained all the above except sl (e) to staff Shri. Jibin. Kalyan management needs to look into above suggestions so that there is more clarity and promptness in staff towards ensuring continued customer "TRUST" on KALYAN.

It very warm and well mannered staffs. They are very much appreciated for their services to the customers for showing up ornaments to their interests and instructions too.

I had to spend a lot of time get things done. Otherwise service and everything is okay. Perfectly following covid related formalities.

There is high difference in price as compared to others, Simply robbing people. I don't prefer Kalyan Jewellers anymore. Not delivering what they offe andr the making charges are more than 15% eventhogh it's is less than 15% on their advertisement.

First try to bring down the making charges. In advertisement all making charge is below 15%. But in reality almost all have making charge above 15%. Go for low making charge sellers. I used to visit other jewellers. A first time visit spoil all the expectations. Just robbing customers.

Good customer service executives. Me went there at closing time. But also they were cooperated well. Appreciated.
