Customer service very poor and they are not Kalyan Group.
The size written in tag not matching with actual size

Saw some adds and advertisement from social media about offers, it's there but has to increase collection of dress. Not as expected

Got a lot of clothing items here but unique selections are less. There are both the good quality and the not so good ones.
If you want to buy clothing quickly without spending a lot of time, this is the place, else look somewhere else for better designs and quality.
One of the main things that annoyed me was the fact that billing was done at 2 places, payment at a third place, and item collection at a fourth place. Doesn't make one bit of sense why they couldn't consolidate some of these tasks, just for the sake of the customer being pushed around.

Average, actually it's very poor. We purchased a dress but was not able to exchange it because it was not properly altered

Crowded Management is good, in this Covid scenario this is very much required.
The staff is having mixed behavior. Some of them are very nice and few are not much interested.
Collection is decent enough and rates are fair.

As comparing to kalyan silks the staff intraction is too poor thay has no suggestion. If we need they will pack and give it. Customers need to carry all the stuff and pay the bill. If there is any suggestion from customers side while packing they have no time to here it.

Many textile items available with comparatively less price. "Super 99" floor is filled with huge stock of textile items with very cheap price. This is very beneficial for common people.

Poor selection and collection. Arrogant staff at cash counter. Not customer friendly. I would better opt other places rather than going there

If you are looking at budget shopping then this outlet could be an option. As only a 3 or 4 can be given I would rate the store somewhere between 3 & 3.5 rating in terms of product range and selection.

Parking facility is available and would like to give a 4 star for the same.

They have a coffee shop which is a good option for those who want to leave the ladies do the shopping chores and the gents want to sip coffee and read a book or have some cold shakes.

Away from the rush of town with ample parking spaces and easy access with touching swaraj round and traffic this place is a great destination for shopping.
Showroom is huge and not so busy on weekdays and it is great to take sometime and do shopping here, i never the price so high and the collection here is pretty good, staff is very helpful and cooperative and helps to get the billing and other services get done faster.
A coffee shop is available just near to the entrance as well.

Though the cost of the garments is bit high they have good collection of ladies ethnic wear. But limited collection of western style.
It has a good cafe inside it so gents can have a coffee and spend time when his female doing a long shipping.

Oh my god. Just the worst. It was so hot inside. We requested them to on the air conditioner atleast 4 or 5 times and they wouldn't even listen to us. They were just ignoring us. I couldn't even look at the clothes because I was sweating profusely. After a while we left the shop because it was suffocating and hot. Now I know these people don't value the customers 1 bit. Never again. Terrible experience. This happened in Kalyan silks near ashwini hospital junction.

Nice Place with wide selection of variety dress for men's, ladies and kids.
This place gives us a lot of time to select our favorite dresses. It's not a rush place compared to other cloth stores.
Good staffs with care.
Amount is little bit more.
And there is no compromise in quality.
Good parking structure.
Easy to find from the high way.

Great collection! But don't fall for their discount sales! The clothes bought on discount sales did not last more than a few washes!

Lot of collection in various prize level. One of the best place for family shopping at thrissur. Parking facilities are available. Nice service of staff members. Reasonable rate and attractive offers are there.

Today I have visited Kalyan Sarees for my wedding shopping. Collection and sales expertise of staff was awesome because of that within first 30 mns of our shopping we finalized wedding Saree for my fiancee.

Common man's place for shopping. Has got traditional and modern fashion items. Has got professional and well mannered sales men/women.
Also they don't charge on cover (like the new generation shops like Reliance Trends, Pantaloons, Unlimited, Lifestyle, FBB etc).

Also have got sections for, kids, gents, females, branded and non branded. Parking is also not an issue here.
All totally shopping will be a pleasant experience here.

Shopping since 2015, last purchase was on August 2018, couldn't find any new arrival. Totally disappointed. Same collections which was showcased from 2015.need improvements. People were happy to visit the shop because of ample parking, enough space on each floor and helpful staff. Only issue on new collection. Need to concentrate on new items as regular customer get bored. Also may change the mind to go to another shop. Hope you will understand and take necessary action to improve and make the customers happy. Cheers.

They are cheating. We got informationfrom newspaper that thereis cotton festival there and there are great discounts on saree. But we became foolish on reaching there. Even their staffs doesn'tknow about this. There is
no discount. Veryyy bad. Why they gave like this advertisement?

Good variety of collections at reasonable price. I think this is the best kalyan shop other than any other outlets.

Most wonderful place to set awesome sarees and garments is a wonderful place for variety selection for garments Mora that high quality service all kinds of brands with high quality and available here from the selection from Allen Solly to and more about Adidas extra available here and they got a helicopter to good place

Car parking area has been restricted now. Open parking area is no more available.

The Kalyan discount sale recently in feb 2017 saw a full 4 peice blazer suit was being sold for 299rs.
Shervani were also available at 299.

It was a great opportunity for customers to buy stuffs at throw away price.

Some of these actually costed over 20000.

Lots of choice and variety. Over all a good place. Sarees start from few hundred and goes all the way up.

Parking ok. Reasonably good collection, that's all. Don't expect too much. Few of the staff (not all) behave as if we are taking money from their pocket. They are very reluctant to show varieties of designs or stuff. I had a personal experience when I decided to buy saree from there. So what? Kalyan is not the only place in the world you can buy. I bought saree instead from coimbatore.
