Last month onam we have purchased an churidhar item it's rate is 4800 and adi sale rate 40%. Discount rate is 2700 rupees we buyed after one week use it was damaged suddenly so kindly guys don't go there because the clothes is very cheap at all.

We just visited the Kalyan silks showroom in palakkad and we were mesmerised by the collection they had in store for us here. The silk sarees were exquisite and the variety available here was jaw dropping. Please visit the store for the finest collection of sarees indigenous to Kerala and south India, at affordable prices.

Overpriced, absolutely overpriced. Not very great in service as it does feel like they are there to make someone buy clothes with their audacious price tags. The sad part is, palakkad don't have another alternative with this much collection. Last thing is when I visited, the place stinks like anything, might be because of the large crowd and less air conditioning, not sure.

It was the first time that I did online shopping with Kalyan Silks Palakkad for parents anniversary, as it was not possible to visit them. The staff were very patient and courteous all the way. They showed me their collection of sarees and men's wear over a video call and gave me lot of options to choose from. They even gift wrapped it and delivered it to the house before time. It's not the best as it describes on the advertisements. It have the best variety of collections but I think price is somewhat high for some material. It may not be affordable for the common people to have a shopping experience here.

50% sale marketing gimmick, atleast in ladies section.in men's section there was one ajith, salesman who was of great hel & he was always pleasant & smiling and made us buy 4 items inplace of 1

Kalyan silks has got a wide collection of products ranging in different price segments. However if you prefer quality branded prosucts for gents please dont visit these shops.also newer trendz in gents fasion cannot be seen here.but for wedding sarees, womens wear and dhothies this is a good place.staff are friendly but billing section cannot handle themselves well on peak days especially evenings

They have an excellent collection of saree. But when it comes to churidars and other type of dresses they have only limited collection. Overall, a good place to buy saree.

I always like the place as it’s gives a variety of choice in all ranges. However, the choices depends on your luck as at time choices are so limited.

Kalyan Silks Palakkad is one of the *POOR* textile showroom in palakkad. I never seen such a poor customer handling in any other textiles. One of my friend also had a bad experience from Thrissur Kalyan Silks. The Price also very high compare with other showrooms and no much quality. The same cloths available in other shops with less price. If anyone is planning for X'mas or new year purchase, go to some other shops. Don't look at the advertisement. They have already earned lot from poor customers. They are real swindlers. Think twice before reach Kalyan Silks.

Quality of cloths are below average. Expensive clothes are OK quality. I think you can get similar or better quality items but cheaper on other stores in Palakkad.

Worst. Worst. Worst. Worst quality clothes, to be specific second quality clothes for exorbitant price. Just try some small shoes you can understand how much discount they give for the same product in kalyan. They only have the name.

Their payment procedure dates back to early ages! First a payment slip is given which has to be taken to payment counter located at ground floor, then after payment is done, with receipt one must go to delivery counter.there is intense scrutiny at each section. It is as if Kalyan silk is doing a huge favour to people!

Good variety of silk clothes for ladies. For gents, silk clothes are not from Kalyan silks.they have outsourced from other brands like Scott Wilson.

Onam special collections are available. Parking space is not adequate to accommodate whole customers vehicles during festival season's (it's in a prime location, so we need to consider that too). I would suggest if you provide chest numbers to your sales team will help customers to identify easly after purchase of muti-storey showroom. It will reduces chaos between billing process.

Staff are very rude to customers who want to buy/exchange products. They are only helpful when they feel like it and when attending to customers they are more busy in talking and chitchatting among themselves.
Had a very bad experience again recently during the Onam season. As someone who has Thrissur and Palakkad Kalyan and almost equal distance, I'd strongly suggest people to avoid this place.

Sells cheap low quality cloth kurtha and sarees for ridiculously high prices with their brand tag. You may occationally find good stuff. They make themselves look very popular in the media by pushing advertisements with major celebrities but in reality do not deliver what they promise. So if you're attracted to this brand because of the glitzy adverts, be warned. Also, the customer service at this particular store is poor. The staff are not prompt and will make you wait a long time before finally attending to you.

Very costly.no collections in XXL churidar.such a big showroom.but no collections and varieties.churidar materials collection we're good.i purchased one material which was 6000.another ready made churidar cost 3000.

Ladies: Have good collection for ladies. Quality is satisfactory. Prize is not satisfactory.

Kids: Satisfactory collection. Cost is high.

Here you can see, select the items by yourself (except high level wedding collections of silk) as per your budget, that too at a low price. You can also see a wide collection (selected items) of both ladies and gents watches of Titan, FastTrack and Helix from casual to sports series. Anyway it is a nice, worth shopping experience for the whole family.

They have a little of everything. They sell all branded products at MRP. You can find the same products with online retailers at lower prices. Go here only to buy their in house brand clothes like sarees and dhotis which are not available elsewhere. Ambience is acceptable. AC is not very cool. There's no place to sit down while shopping. Refreshments are not provided even if you are there for hours spending a lot of money at their store. Card and even Paytm is accepted. They have clothes for both genders and for all ages. Traditional as well as western/modern designs can be found. Worth a try as you can get shopping done for your whole family at a single place.
