Online shopping with Raseena Haris kalyan silks was excellent, she was very efficient to find customer dealing. She was trying to satisfying customers needs with much patience

As I am based outside of India, I had the pleasure of shopping with Raseena of Kalyan Silks for my son's wedding using mainly whatsapp and occasionally videos. Raseena was incredibly efficient, patient, hardworking, and prompt with all of my responses.

She'll take images of the new saree collections and send them to me over Whatsapp. The majority of Kalyan Silks' collections were excellent. I believe I spent a significant amount of money on three or four batches of parcel delivery. I simply wish there was a cheaper way to transport them outside of India, as I had paid hundreds of dollars on courier fees.

With God's grace, the wedding went well, and everyone we gave the saree to, wore them.

Thanks Kalyan but please look into cheaper courier charges please. Even Indian post is fine although it may take a month plus to reach us. Thanks again.

Helpful staff. Good hypermarket. Very convenient and the hypermarket has improved over these years. Lots more goods available and of good quality. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Not all, but some staff were really rude, may be beacuse we didn't appear rich.
Today went there to buy kurtis. Since we didn't find any of our choice, wandered around and went to check out some earrings. Staff there was ok, but she seemed disinterested. After a while we selected 4 and were looking for more and trying out when one staff, a girl barged in telling we shouldn't try all. We were actually trying on just 6 earrings out of which we took 4. She was really rude. Then we just took 3 earrings and paid. Had she not intervened would've bought some more.

Have a good parking area. The customer service is nice. And have a good collection with a relatively affordable rate.

Very unkind staffs who doesn’t know to behave at all! Can see the loss in interest in business in each person’s face who are supposed to provide service in the premises. It’s better the management takes good care of this. Shop is not updated. It is still in the same condition like 10years ago!

It was a family shopping day and the team was very helpful and we were able to complete to all of it from one place. Shoutout to Gayathri from floor 2 for all the support and organising she did with us on multiple occasions which helped us immensely. We would rate her customer service a top notch 6/5. They have good collection of clothes. The service of staffs were really awesome. Amal in 3rd floor was really good at customer service.

Good collection for ladies outfits. But men's collection is average. Good quality wedding dresses.
Good parking space. Easily accessible since located on city center.

Material is good. But price is little expensive compared to other shops. Selection is also good and sales person's are polite and humble.

With out saree blouse selling sarees. Highly rate saree dont have blouse material its too bore. And we wasted our time for this.

We loved our shopping experience from kalyan. They have a huge collection and variety of sarees for any price range you mention for. The sales team is awesome. They are patient and friendly.

Men's wear very costly in this shop. Pure cotton shirts are provided only in premium range above 2000. Shirts costing 1500 here are available in respective company websites for half price. Only polyester mix uncomfortable material available in below 1500 range.

Good collection, Staffs are very good but wallet parking drivers underestimate others and telling bad comments pls advise them “Customer is the king”

Fresh large range of consumables and attractive offers. What's more, it's a complete one point shopping experience, ranging from fabrics, garments, electronics, household necessaries and grocery!

Good collections of Saree's. Men's collection was not so great and felt little expensive. Executives are good and friendly but few don't have patience. They do follow safety measure and precautions. Help full supervisor in many ways.

Worst place with no selection and low quality dresses. Kids section is not ordered at all and its too difficult to get select one.

Customer service is much better than any other wedding collections. They treat their customers really well and it should be appreciated.

For men ther is not as much Dress collection as women but is great and have decent varieties of clothes

The customer service was soo good and the staffs are very friendly. The price are reasonable. Totally everything is good

I an occasional visitor here with family members, an extensive textile show room in a five/six storied building in the heart of Ernakulam (hospital road). Gents ladies & kids wears.wedding saree collections bags etc etc.a supermarket on the top floor and.a veg restaurant also. Spacious parking facility in the ground adjacent to.

Quality and collection not up to mark. Staffs need more training. They are not proactive. Attitude is like take anything you need and leave the place asap.

Very poor service. The most stingy ones i have come across. No customer friendly attitude at all. Will never go back.

It has clothes as well as hypermarket also. Nice display and variety. Polite staff. Very reasonable cost of clothes during special offer time.

I often visit Kalyan Silks. They have got a fabulous collection of churidhar, shirts, trousers, jeans etc. Today I visited with my family to purchase a jeans and shirt. Awesome colour combinations. There is a variety of churidhar collection too. Also according to the purchase we get lot of discounts in the hyper market. Overall it is a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to all.
