There is no quality check for the stuff we buy. Bought a saree for a special event with a colour theme, just when taken out for wearing, noticed fading/ discolouration on the folds. Had no choice but to rush back and try to exchange, but worse, could not find another saree in that colour shade. Sorry, wouldn't waste my time again there.

Nice collection for Ladies, gents and kids, Location: T. B Road Kottayam near KSRTC bus stand, parking is little difficult but very near parking ground facility available, exclusive for Kalyan customers. Very nice service

Onam coopen is very cheating. They are foolishing all coustomers with fake onam offer. Bad shop experiance. Bad behavior by staffs. Kalyan silks cheating coustomers by onam sale and their onam offer. 0/10

No offers as compared to other stores (we went to Jolly silks in the morning and was well attended by the staff and had an experience worth sharing with discounts in place). Unfortunately in Kalyan Silks we got poor customer service. Staff rude and non attentive.will never bother to waste my time there.
Personally I 'm not complaining about not having any offers at this store but since I had been to a couple of other stores and got discounts.it's my own personal view.
Unfortunately there was also not much choice of what we wanted and as such the staff were also not too keen to help us with any solution even any suggestions or other alternative choice of what we were after. It was like look for what you want or this is what we have.
Overall personally a very bad experience.

Just a kind request.when dealing with customers ask your staff not to judge people by their looks or attire.

Very good experience with Kalyan silks Thiruvalla. Good collections of churidhar, materials and Sarees with affordable price. I always like to go there for shopping and recommend my friends & families to go there. I personally want to bring up few names who helped/ assisted me throughout the shopping each time I go there. Shibu (Manager) Rejani x 2, Remya x2. Overall everyone was helpful and assistive but the names mentioned above were remarkable and appreciable.

One of the perfect place for multibranded shopping of any cloths at all 5 floors having different offerings. Very next to Tiruvallan Busstand and on the way to Railway station.

Staffs are courteous and help to select right fit and quality one. They do have all verities under one roof.

Very limited parking and need to be extremely careful if parked on the enterance as itbis junction with freeqent traffic.

In this onam season we went for Kalyan silks at the first time for purchasing dress for my kids. But it was too costly compared to other shops. The salesgirl in the kids section, her behaviour was not good. It was a bad experience with Kalyan silks.

I would have given a one star review but it would be injustice done to the other employees. I was at this store (Thiruvalla) in July and my overall experience was good except for an unfortunate experience when it comes to paying the bill. There were three cashiers at the time and one was busy with something else and I was standing in line with the first when he said that all will have to move to the third. So all of us were standing in a queue with the third. When my turn came, suddenly there was this lady barged in and I said excuse me. The cashier heard it and instead of asking the lady to go back, he stared at me for about a minute as if I was the one at fault and even after taking care of the lient, he wouldn't take my bill and the first cashier had to pitch in for me to pay the bill.

Worst clothes material and high rate.better collections available in muthoor mahalakshmi.western collections are very less.

There is limited parking space on the front of the shop as the number increases, car has to be parked 100 meters far on the other side road. Collections are good at reasonable rates. Generally very quiet but during festive season it can be very crowded. If you visit there during normal season you you will get a good customer support. Also met Melvin Babu from JO & JO film while shopping.

Really nice place for variety of clothes. I was searching for a combination colour shirt and I didn't find it anywhere but here. And the customer support is commendable. Jerin was the staff who assigned to support me and he was really supportive and was with me till I find the right dress.

They should clean their toilets. It’s awful. If you’ve got some emergency don’t use their toilet in the ground floor. Staffs will ask you to use this toilet but don’t go in there.

Have a great variety of collections for all types garments& dresses. Had a wonderful experience, Cherry at the top is the kind behaviour of staffs

Visited Kalyan Silks Thiruvalla for the typical " One Season" cotton wears. They do have a wonderful assorted multi brand collection. Looked for branded Shirts also and there were a good collection with choice from any brand. Overall it is a great place for pick n Choose all your wardrobe needs. When at Thiruvalla, Kalyan Silks is the best place to shop. Better than other textile malls. Should mention Arun at Men's section. He was courteous and very Helpful in helping you to choose the best as per your requirements

I have been shopping at this store for the last 6 years. After my wedding I came here to buy gifts for all family members and Nisha on the 4th floor was so helpful along with all the other polite and courteous staff.
I love their selection and variety as well as fair prices. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Today we had a very good experience in Kalyan Silks and Kalyan Jewellery. The textiles shop was better than the jewellery shop. The lady on the 4th floor showed extremely high level of customer orientation. Without any hesitation she showed us sarees to enable us to make our selection.

Our shopping experience with kalyan silks was nice specially Dhanya Sanal was well engage with with us, and make our shopping more easier.

Excellent service by the staffs especially Ranchana, Ramya K, Ramya Manoj. Thank you so much for the caring and assistance in all the floors and sections.

Kalyansilks thiruvalla showroom selection is very good and staffs are very helpfull. Remya T sarasan is good staff in saree floor.

Collection is very nice. Customer service also very good. But some staff has no manners. Please do something for these types of behaviour.

Kalyan Silks is a big showroom in Thiruvalla and we can do all our family shopping from this single showroom. Well organized and very nice. All safety protocols are maintained here like sanitized and provide gloves to their customers before entering the showroom. Good customer service with lots of collection. Everyone one says that the price of items in here is too high but in my point of view they provide the products in affordable price, especially in aadi sale.

My piercing got infected.many say that the positioning was off. Also the guides given my the guy whos piercing is very awful. Oil drops. Seriously?

Poor parking staff.i want to wait 10 min for taking my vehicle.poor staff. Staff of dress area is not ready to sale the items. Nobody come to shop in car.bad experience

There is huge of every type of textile, many diffrent styles and models of shirts and T-shirts half hand and full hand, which is rare for men.

Dont ask me about women, becuase there are lots of varieties and choices. Complete shoping for marriage for very member can be done in one place. They have rich collection of marriage clothes. The quality of the clothes are amazing and thats the reason I buy from this place.

I have never faced issue with the colour of clothes, they dont fade and the stitching of the clothes is good, they provide proper altering too if we want.

The showroom is pretty neat and tidy and maintained quite well.

The sales persons are really friendly and you would love the shopping experience here.

The cost of the textiles are bit on the higher side (please carry your debit cards and credit cards if you are taking women with you.: -D)

But during sale the price drops considerably and can grab good deals at that time.

And alot a day for shoping, if going with your family, it is time consuming.
