Kalyan silks is a big clothing store with a good variety of materials both stitched and unstitched for men, women and kids. The ave a good collection of bridal sarees also. The staff were very helpful. Store is easily visible from the road and it has ample parking space.

Kalyan Silks is one of the premier garment showrooms in Trivandrum. It is located at Palayam. It has sufficient parking space. It houses excellent silk sarees for weddings, party wear and casual use etc. It also has good collection of men's wear, children's wear etc. Also there are accessories and cosmetics of reputed quality. There is however a need for improving the sales person quality but with the post COVID times now, new batch of sales persons will gain experience hopefully.

Poor management. There are 100s of saleswomen and men.no use.
Groundfloor nobody to direct where the payment is. Very very poor management. Never gonna shop anymore from kalyan. Heard the same issue from a relative when I explained the incident.

I request if anyone from the management is reading this, to visit the shop by himself. The store is over staffed and all of them are standing in groups and talking about their shopping of earrings or someone having a pimple on the face. They are so loud too. There was one man (could be the floor manager) who was talking to few girl staffs about what was for lunch! None of the staff was doing any job. The displays were all shabby with clothes and very poorly merchandised. Easily shows lack of staff training. None of the staff was interested to show any items. No service at all. They all were standing as mannequins. This shows why the brand is not able to maintain success. SAD!

Shop is at the center of the city, so it is easily accessible from the city. There is space for car parking but it is limited as the number increases, car has to be parked on back side road. I am not satisfied with experience from this shop as we have purchased some expensive dress and they too more time to alter the dress and given it late but when we check the dress, it was not altered at all, we were not able to use the dress on the expected date feels like cheated,

Too congested and over crowded. Which is not good for current situation and moreover their staff is reluctant to show any good clothes.not going back to that shop ever!

A big clothing store with lots of options. There are clothes for all budget ranges. I went looking for a certain shade of blue shirt and was surprised by the options. Child dresses are also available. So if you want to buy new clothes, definitely visit this store.

Good experience, ample parking space. Staffs are well behaved and very co operative. There is no sale today. However items are decent priced.

Fairly good selection of dresses for the entire family. Nice customer service, the lady who helped us with the dress selection took care of the entire transaction till payment and delivery of items from the counter.

I feel kalyan has good collections when compared to all other shopping centers. People should visit here for wedding needs specifically.
Also here they allow u to try the dresses which is not allowed in other centers as of today

Large collection of dresses and ample parkimg space behind the shop, Kalyan Silks inside is indeed is avery big shop competing neck to neck with Pothys and Jayalekshmi in Trivandrum.

Decent enough place for shopping - men and women. Haven't got that much of selection.

It's the best place to shop for women and children. Mens wears not very fashionable. The moment you enter the staff pounces upon you and helps you to pick the clothes and navigate the store until checkout. It's a great place to shop especially traditional clothes.

You could get all varieties of dresses for both women and men. But collections for men are very few. Won't get dresses in all price range. Parking is available. Can spot from roadside.

Good collection of saree from Kanchipuram to kolkatta silks and cotton sarees.
Plus other floors dedicated for kids and men's collections.
Only drawback don't have more variety of men's formal wear. Most variety are party and casuals

See this is a honest answer. This place is really overrated. No selections. Staffs are good and attitude towards customer's are awesome. But this place compared to others not good for middle economic group. Though the sell multi brands with high price tag. This is just one time visit shop.

Found a good collection of kids wear.especially in the ground floor itself. It seems quite attractive at affordable rate.
They have enough collection of uniform inner tights for kids.
But the price of ready-made kurthas, tops etc is bit high.
Overall I felt the price is bit high.

Quality is good, best pricing. But don't go after 7 pm as closing time is nearing staff will not entertain you which is pathetic.

For branded items, the range is less, brands are less and price is more - discounts are those offered by manufacturers directly. Better to shop 3km downstream at Pothys, even though that place is crowded. Better value for your money there with more selections and lower priced brands and in house brands.

I always choose dresses from kalyan silks for me and my family. They have a wide range of collection in each sections. Shop is in easily accessible place with enough parking space.
