It's manager has irresponsible. I visited Kallyan Silks Thodupuzha with the intention of purchasing a saree for my mother. They will cut the blouse piece but it doesn't use.

Great service, and good selection of clothes. I must say, the sales staff were incredibly cooperative. All staff at this company have great behavior, but the billing staff stands out for their excellent work performance and customer service The staff are very welcoming, especially Athira Chechi, Joseph, Karthika, Anitha, Anu.

It was a great experience at Kalyan Silks Thodupuzha. There are a wide variety collection of clothings according to our choices and preferences. All the clothings are of very good quality. They also provide the best offer during the Aadi Sale. Best quality products are sold through combo sale in the Aadi Sale. The staffs here are also very much professional and cooperative in handling the customers. Customer satisfaction is the trademark of Kalyan Silks.

I felt it was not customer friendly. The person who came to show dress was not interested to show the dress. His body language was negative. I felt very bad that came to purchase in your shop.

Gents wear selections are super. All collections are good quality. Reasonable prices. Staff behaviour best.

The collection and services were good during my previous visit, some refreshments where also provided at that time. But on my visit today the services where not upto the mark, after spending 3 hours inside and spending the hard earned money we where not even asked wether we should need water or anything.

Customer friendly Service. Especially Anumol in kids section was very much friendly and they all are ready to explore all items I need. They made my day more comfortable.

Kallyan Silks is undeniably a large showroom with a decent selection of products. While the selection wasn't exceptional, it still offered a reasonable variety for shoppers.

The staff at Kallyan Silks stood out for their friendly and helpful behavior. Their courteousness added a positive touch to my shopping experience.

One aspect to note is that there were no offers or discounts available during my visit, which occurred outside of the festival season. It would be nice to see more promotions to attract shoppers year-round.

I appreciated that parking was available at the showroom, which made it convenient for customers. Additionally, the location of Kallyan Silks was pleasant and easily accessible.

In summary, Kallyan Silks is a spacious showroom with a decent selection of products. The staff's behavior is commendable, and the availability of parking is a plus. It would be beneficial if they could consider offering discounts outside of the festival season to make shopping more appealing year-round.

A wide range of saree collections and and a large range of other dress materials. A well behaving staff is an advatage, especially Vimal Mary, a service oriented person.
