When I went to Kalyan Silks, the behavior of one of the SALES GIRLS, Hima, was to pick up each saree and my mother was more satisfied.

Sowmya and Vinitha from A block first floor had done fabulous customer service. I came from Delhi and liked their services to my delight and would definitely come again here.

The best for sarees in town. I bought my wedding saree from here and that was one of the best thing i did

Collection is good. But staff service is very poor. They are not willing to attend customers.

Rejeena lacha session, she was patient throughout the shopping session, Helped us with whatever requirements we had.

Very poor, took more than one hour for my stitched item as bill not matching with item, unprofessional, management should look into otherwise people will go to jayalaxmi or other stores who provide professional services

We had a bad experience with one of the lady staff name 'Saritha', her attitude was so arrogant and behave in a bad manner, also she refuse to take photos of the dress at ladies party wear section, That lady seems a senior sales girl. It was so disappointing from a reputed firm like this.
Expecting better behavior from kalyan staff.

Had a great experience shopping Sarees for my wedding. Especially with Hima and Ambili who helped us a lot for our purchases.

I'm from Palakkad. I like Kalyan silks in Palakkad much better than thrissur.

Selection - saress - good.ok.
Kids - good but heavy rates
Other ladies - good.ok.ok

Parking - excellent, but on the way back to showroom they should have appoint a security to help us to cross the road.

Not all under one roof. One should walk to various buildings to get various items. I find it difficult and making my mind to get out asap. Also the communication between staffs are worst. We waited for 15- 20 mins to find out the items we purchased from another building to get it billed in the final building, no bill, no slip or no bill hasbeen given when we exited from one building to another.

Welcome staffs in saree section are not good. Especially the male. They are not at all kids friendly. The main thing I hated there.

V. Poor experience.v had to wait a long time to get the billing done due to gift voucher issue

Everything is good. But only for the baggage counter if we have to go to separate blocks for several purchases we have to get back to the first place where we have submitted the bag initially that found bit difficult. That's why 4 stars

They have variety of dress to select. Good parking facility for those who want. Very satisfying shopping experience.

It's certainly a customer friendly walk in experience that you get here. But I feel you can get much better choice and quality at more affordable rates by shopping online.

The shop is huge and has each floor for different age group. This shop has dedicated itself for sarees and has a huge collection to choose from. I felt that womens wear is more focused than Mens.

Saree selection was pretty good, especially around 600-1000 range for everyday wear. Customer care is better than before.

If you compare all in thrissur, kalyan silks have good collections and friendly and eager sales team. They will make sure you take something. I am sure the sales team is really motivated and trained too, when compared to other garments shops in thrissur. Ample parking, and reasonable price.

Now my review is going to be not much considered, as people are gona hit this place anyways, still it's unfair not to share it being a genuine constumer.

First of all, Kalyan was definitely the first ones known to give us the silk sarees in thrissur. Nobody denies it but their tremendous growth in market has made them lose it's quality and standard in past few years. Being a regular customer I have noticed this place so closely.

Their motto has become to loot people since they know it very well even though they give low quality, high priced clothes people are gonna turn into them thinking of their market value.

Let me start from their staff, every single being knows how unprofessional, rude, ignorant is the sales woman, numerous complaints have been gone daily still the management is least bothered to look into the matter & resolve it.
Can't you people think of giving proper training to this unprofessionals how to behave to customers instead of spending crores on advertisement using celebrities.

And it's never a budget shopping over here anymore. Everything is over priced. I personally is never gonna revisit this place ever again!

I had visited this place numerous times, including for my wedding saree purchase, their staff's attitude is like we are asking something for free from their house. Pathetic and intolerant behaviour.

They are selling bad quality sari with high price tag by the name of aadi sale. Honestly dissatisfied. Don't cheat people with fake quality products & price tag.

Nice customer experience, the girls rosmi and rimi were amazing. I could quickly decided from variety of sarees and was a great help from end to end shopping. Will definitely visit again!

Though it is a Busy place, the staff is courteous and have enough selection for Churidar materials. However, there are more choices available at cochin for similar or competitive price. Hence i am not giving 5 stars.

Very good collection for gents, ladies, kids and all. Not too much costly. We can get good support from staffs.i would say one of the best textiles india.

Less space compare to other shops, parking very difficult also rs 200 pay as advance return with payment

We visited during Dec 19 during Trade Mahotsav and were in to saree section. Seemed good with selection, but our selection priced ~3000. Anyway in Thrissur a reliable shop in terms of selection

Good textile shopping hub. They are always maintaining the standards. The greatest scoring point is the staff attitude-fantastic customer care.

You get options for all ppl in your family. The fabrics are good. Few are little over priced but you can definitely hand pick the one you wanted in the correct price range if you spend some time. Staff is polite and the place is well kept.

Avoid going in rush hours/days. Ample parking is available for free as well.

Dont lik this place. Their sale is only for few items which no one want. The branded items feel fake nd some items feels oover priced. Only good for traditional ladies wear.

Actually, i went to meet my friend in the company named leedz (ielts), on the same building 3rd floor as i remember, good coaching, well there is nothing to talk about kalyan, best in class for wedding bride and groom

I love the running materials section here. The variety of materials and designs are commendable. Most of my Indian outfits are made here. From scratch. They have an amazing selection for you to mix and match from️

Their churidaar collection is outdated. No variety and not at all pocket friendly. If you are looking for old types of works this is the place. Please update your fashion quotient

They have good collection n best selection. Eventhough much higher rate compared to other huge textile shops, they provide us with better quality so, can be used for a longer period.

The collection is just enormous. No matter how crowded the showroom becomes there will always be a staff to assist and help you in your purchase.

They offer fantastic discount sales and have collection of silk sarees.convenient location.well maintained.good.yes. Bed sheets, doormats, salwar materials also have discounts. I didn't enter the kids section. So don't know the position. But there is discount. Good.
