Very poor customer service.delivery section staffs in kottayam showroom are very bad in service.bad experience.i was a good customer of them from beginning.but from today onwards i wont go there.

The overall experience from the morning was up to the satisfaction. Our customer support help was throughout finely helped by Amrutha, a softspoken generous well behaved and most importantly so helpful to guide us throughout so patiently. And should say from gents section helped us a lot with patience.

Good for wedding purchase. Seperate session for bridal cloths. They will help you to see weater the wedding suit are suitable for brides. Special platforms to perform the suits. Seperate session for men women and children. It's a 5 or 6 story building with lift facilities. Providing warm welcome by the staffs and will assign individual assistance for each customers.

Good variety of unstitched materials.
Staff good but bit out of fashion sense or can say they more into getting d sale done.
No concern if our dress is matching or not.
U wil get good stuff but need to search.
Even after coming to shop by 11am.few staff wer reluctant to show the cloths.no interest to search for wat we need.
Bit more sincerity would be appreciated rather than jus making us buy wat they want.

Kalyan silks Kottayam is one of the leading textile showrooms in Kerala Kottayam. The show room is arranged in all the six flowers of the building. It is in an ideal location very close to KSRTC Bus Station Kottayam. There is a vast collection of ready made items, cloths, furnishings etc. The display and arrangement is fine. There is ample space for parking. The number of sale personnel is quite adequate to meet any possible rush.

Reasonable pricing, excellent customer service, good collection. Visited 5 boutiques in Cochi and three shops in kottayam. Out of all, I prefer kalyan, kottayam. Same materials which are highly priced in boutiques in cochi are available here at lesser price.

They have great collection of clothes these days. Most of the staff are extremely friendly and talkative. But there are odd ones out there too. They have loyalty card and we can earn points for each purchase. Also, they give you gifts according to the amount of purchase and the delivery section does a pretty good job to make sure that deserving people get them.

Kalyan Silks is located at TB Road, Kottayam. Its an exclusive new building with sufficient vehicle parking facility. The building & its facilities are very stylish.

Kalyan Silks is an Indian textile retailer. It is a subsidiary of the Kaylan Group holding company. It was started in 1909showrooms spread across Kerala,  Karnataka,  Tamil Nadu, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman.

One of the kottayam shopping hub for wedding collections as well as regular shopping. Good collection of traditional and authentic wear. Well located with enough parking space. Have also choices of branded watches and even kids toys. Price within affordable range. Very famous offer sale called Aadi Sale is conducted every year.

Very good clothing store here. All vaietie available for ladies. Gents is limited stock. Wedding collection is reasonably good.

Kalyan silks at Kottayam needs an upgrade. The collection is quite poor. I've noticed this before while we visited it quick.
I wanted bed sheets, which they had only hand full of collection of which none I liked. I wanted kids trowsers which they didn't have a good pick. I checked for kids tshirts or shirts - and found none.
I left the place down.

They have lots of toys. Have parking area which is spread across may be 2 acres which is not quite well utilized. Hardly 30 cars can park which is properly planned could park 200 cars.

I visited another popular textile showroom the same weekend, but found exquisite bed sheets for the same range which had a huge range. I felt dismayed.

I believe with little market analysis you are would find the shop don't have the quality of items which kottayamites otherwise are enjoying. May be Kalyan other places would fly high with same collection, but Kottayam shops otherwise have better products always.

By seeing the ads of prithvi and going here and finding how fake of an ad it was, I would think twice before even watching his movies.

The main selection of wedding sarees and gowns are in the second and third floors. The fourth floor is for kids dresses, bed sheets, undergarments etc. The fifth floor is for men's boutique and dresses. The staff, of whom they have an abundance, is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Bridal saree collection available at reasonable prices. Very supportive staff. Exclusive segments of various groups at one shop.

I experienced shopping from Kottayam kalyan silks. According to my opinion there is less collection. The cloth quality is not the best. But now the combo offers are offering more items in less price.

One of the most worst Textile, i have ever seen. The customers should Cross check with their final bill and GST. They are doing alterations over on it. I traced it and verified the same. So Be Cautious
