Definitely quality has dropped over time. The vegetarian thalli meals doesn't meet the standard of the price charged.

Totally recommended for Pure Vegetarians with most of the options available. Somewhat on the costlier side, but the taste is good.

While coming back from the Jatayu monument this is a beautiful, specious and delicious Thali food on the Highway itself.

Very bad service.too much delay in serving ordered food. For juice itself they took more than 30mins even when there is no crowd.very disappointed

The food is usually good. But last time there was bit of a rush and everything was very below average. We are regular cisitors on our trip to tvm. And this time.puri, Dosa etc was snot cooked properly and we could hardly eat it. Probably they should be a bit more consistent and careful.

Don't buy Thali as the quantity is also less and the spread too in the their vegetarian restaurant.

Be ready to wait as the service is too slow.
Until you call them they don't even bother to attend.

Very bad experience. Staff was arrogant. We went there and staff was only interested in selling meal thalli only. Bluntly said other orders will take too much time. We came out without eating anything. Not at all recommend because of staff's behaviour.

Had a horrible experience here. We waited for 50 minutes and no one servre even one item that we had ordered. They did not even listen to us. People who came after us had their food and left and we did not get anything. They had a horrible system for taking and keeping orders.

Had been there multiple times and tried breakfast and snacks. Food quality and service are good. Also would like to comment out the freshness and taste of snacks we had, especially uzhunnu vada and pasham pori. Decent parking facility too. This is one of the best vegetarian options on the MC road.

This restaurant is extremely hostile and provides very poor service. I didn’t receive my food till 1 hour and had to return back with an empty stomach.

Outright pathetic. Totally understaffed and without any hygienic infrastructure. We got a seat after 30 mins waiting to find the AC doesn't work and they can't even provide a stand fan. We had to literally catch the staff my arm to get our table cleaned before sitting. And they'll do whatever to stop you from ordering. Apparently, even a normal salad needs time of 20-25 mins to prepare where they just need to cut the vegetables and so we shouldn't (and didn't) order!

We were starving and needed a pure veg place for lunch. Else, I wouldn't sit here no matter what!

They provide a premium dining experience. Food is excellent and perfectly baked. They got good customer service and well maintained restaurant.

This restaurant is located conveniently on the side of MC road near Nilamel and is a good location for a break. The restaurant is part of a hotel and has ample parking facilities. The restaurant has both open area dining and interior AC dining. The food is generally ok, tasty and worth a try. There is generally not much delay in service. The rest rooms are neat and clean. This is a value for money restaurant and recommended especially for breaks during long journey

Pathetic service. Took long time to serve. Did not bring everything that was ordered and we did not bother to ask as they were not even paying attention. Price is too high. Dosha batter seemed to have been garnished with salt. We can get better service from other hotels with low price and good food.

Nice and clean place in the Mc Road to have food. Lots of parking space available. Helpful staff.

Foods are just above average, if it's a peak time none of them from the hotel is there to help you for a seat.

The hotel premises has good ambience and has parking facility. I have ordered for dosa items and sambar vada. In sambar vada, the onions were not properly cleaned and has black dust in it which disappointed me. The quality of food is not upto the mark compared to its high price.

The food was excellent but due to increased rush and lesser amount of staff it was difficult to get a proper service. Both staff and customers were agitated.

Awesome restaurant in Ayoor on MC road. Vegetarian food was good. Hygiene was well maintained. Service was perfect.

They loot you like highwaymen. Low quality food and very expensive. All items are over priced by 30 percent. I do not recommend this restaurant. Only good thing there is that they have decent parking.

Standard hotel, tasty food (not like extremely tasty and memorable but it is high standard and consistent). Servicing is well-organized, but waiting time could be less (not noticeable). The ambiance during the evening time is mesmerizing, sitting outside and having dinner while constantly touched by the cold winds of the night. All in all shouldn't have to choose any other hotels when going through this route at any time of the day.

Neat place with delicious food & homely atmosphere, it's a 5 Star category hotel & prices are very affordable.
I don't know about hotel rooms because we didn't stay there, we just had breakfast.

Very very poor customer service. Food was okay. The eating area and washroom was not clean. Will not recommend to others.

The staff is very disrespectful we asked meals to which he said it’s not available and we could see he is serving to other people who are South Indians I could clearly see the discrimination here we kept waiting for our food for long time other people came and ate and we were still waiting such a pathetic place who discriminates between customers

When sabzi is available naan and roti is laying behind and when rice comes dal fry lags behind
Quality of sabzi is ok ok only
Rice and dal fry is good
