The technician charged Rs. 550/- for a part and 550/-for his service charge for a five minutes work. His service charge is too high.

The worst electronic appliance shop I have ever visited. We purchased one tv on 31/12/22. Still they didn't come to fix the tv. We tried to contact several times. But they didn't responded. Don't treat customers like this. Worst customer experience from kannamkandi

Purchased a branded forbes vacuum cleaner with 1200w capacity.
Very next day worked for less than 10 minutes and stopped working
Return the the item into the store.
The great service technician found that the vacuum cleaner can only be used for 10 minutes and should be kept for cooling for another 10 minutes.

Asked them to show the above information in the user's manual. All in vain

ഇവിടെ നിന്ന് ഒരു TV വാങ്ങി Lloyd.complaint ആയി. Septemberil ഇവിടെ complaint log ചെയ്തു. ആളു വന്നു നോക്കി warranty ഉള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് മാറ്റിതരാം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിട്ട് പോയി. 3 മാസമായി. ഇത് വരെ ശരിയാക്കിയില്ല. Parts വന്നില്ല എന്നാണ് പറയുന്നത്. Warranty period കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് partsumay വന്നാൽ. നയാ പൈസ ഞാൻ തരില്ല. Because its your problem and if you don't know how to provide the best service for the customers, go and learn the basics. വെറും കള്ളൻമ്മാരാണ് kannankandy.

I have visited this showroom quite a time.the product they sell is good.but I want make a clear Fact that they do sell in higher price than in market and tried to misguide us.

Poor service, poor customer care.bought 2 refrigeraters, both having board complaints & asked about that, we have only one year warrenty, when complainted earlier, they told the mode is high so low temperature.and we paid 5000 each board and service charge.

Poor after sale service.no proper after sale service provided, you will be fed up with calling them to get any update regarding your purchase if it has got any issue, no proper follow up if we reported any issue.some staffs attitude is like, they don't want to retain the customers after their first purchase.this is the way they treat customer once your purchase is ended up with any technical issue.

Famous Home appliance store in Thalassery. Located at TC road, Thalassery. It is the largest one among these type of show rooms.

Maintained neat and clean. Parking is limited. There is enough space for shipping. Most of the electronic brand are available. But, the price is on higher side comparing with online prices.

Today Nov 11 I visited to buy semi automatic. Less options to select telling no stock on some varies pushing to one company only

I reside very close to this showroom near Thalasserry Townhall.that's the reason i went there to buy one Split Air Conditioner.
Instead of helping us to choose the AC he dragged us from buying it.there is one Supervisor or Manager his name is Shijin i guess (he is a Short guy) he neglected us! ! Later i bought from another shop which they provided with good srrvice & price!
YOU PEOPLE ARE PATHETIC IN PROVIDING GOOD SERVICE!
