Excellent consumer electronics store in Calicut with wide display of home appliances products.

We really appreciate the staff dealings but my un happy because no complements / gifts while purchase by cash sale more 5000 rs

I had my house warming and needed a few appliances. I was more inclined to purchasing online since I had people telling me a lot of negative experiences from offline stores. I went with my parents to whom they convinced all online stores are fraud and they never deliver on time. I paid full amount advance and requested for delivery two days before the function.

I called them two days prior to the delivery date and they also promised that it will be delivered.

After a day and half of the delivery date when I called to them, they told me that they FORGOT ABOUT THE DELIVERY.

They delivered it by end of the day. They kept all in the applicances in my porch and left. There was no one to take it inside. HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE.

During my house warming function while attending my guests lot of installation personalls came and I had to attend them instead of enjoying one the best days in my life. And the only external people came in that day was installation personals and some of the item's at home was stolen.

I can vouch kannankandy is the worst place to purchase with zero regard for customers and even pricing is not justifiable, you could get the same product online with less hassle and they will properly install it according to your convenience.

Also attaching the state of my bathroom after the installation process for water heater on my house warming day. How embarassing will it be in front of your guests.

So please AVOID PURCHASING FROM HERE.

Visited during rush time. But they managed to give good service with such a big croud customers.

The staff have good knowledge about the products. They are good at their job.

Located in the middle of the city and front parking will be full most of the time during evening. They have back side parking also.

Worst after sale service. No follow up made even after multiple calls made regarding a service issue. After sale service denied even after waiting for a period of 3 months. I think there is no coordination between the store and the brands they sell.

They dont have enough collections if we search for a particular item. Twice its happened otherwise good hospitality and good service

Worst experience ever This review is based on my personal experience from kannankandy calicut store, the sales executives seems customer friendly until you end up deciding to buy some appliances, after that they won't show that much interest to rectify your concerns as before. Once we managed to buy something from them, they would take atleast 2 days to send someone for installing the product, and also don't get deceived by their promotions saying onam offer, deepavali offer and so on.even if you shop for 50000 or 1 lakh what they offer the maximum is an iron box worth 350 or aluminum pressure cooker. THINK BEFORE CHOOSING KANNANKANDY

I had a very bad experience and still struggling. If had a choice to give less than 1 star. I would have given it.

A good shop for purchase of electronic appliances. Customer service is good. Billing speed is really poor. Main issue is old guys are been given the billing section. So they double check and keep on checking each and every minute detail and it takes lots of waiting. Pricing is ok. Not the best assured price at kozhikode.but still competitive.

VERY POOR SERVICE. Its been two months since my Ac has not been working and there is no response from them. I have never had such bad customer service experience from any other home appliances shops in calicut.

Pretty decent store to buy electronic appliances. They have a wide range of selection. The staff behaviour is very satisfactory. Visited here to purchase a home inverter. The price adjustment was done and the price was almost same as that we would have to pay at amazon or flipkart. The staffs are friendly and polite. Overall good shopping experience

Lots of experience buying online, and few times forced to purchase from this shop. Kannankandy support is a joke. They will give you broken promises. Purchase online from flipkart or amazon. Trustworthy than kannankandy.

Offers and price provided by kannankandy is compatible with other stores in city. Should make a comparison of rate and offers l at kannankandy before finalizing the purchase from some other stores. Parking is available at back side of the showroom.

They provide different products but their service was so bad and they hire huge price for products.

Very bad service.bought a lap (Lenovo) from the store.and the the lap charger ain't working.wen contacted CC.they wanted the invoice copy of the lap.but the kannankandy store guys did not mention the lap model number on the bill.of which it took 2 weeks for the lap charger to get changed. GUYZ ANY PRODUCT U BUY FROM THIS STORE. MAKE SURE U HAVE THE PRODUCT SERIAL NUMBER & MODEL NUMBER MENTIONED ON THE INVOICE COPY WITH THE DEALER SIGNATURE.

Plenty of products from different brands are available here. I think after evening there is crowded

Very bad service from showroom. Yesterday we bought one double door fridge. It was delivered very care lessly. They send one old man alone to deliver the fridge he dragged it very rudly
