Beware of this Karpentree website.
They will talk very decently with you till you pay the amount.
Once payment is done they never lift your call.
Please don't believe fake and paid reviews.
Other wise you will lost your hard earned money like me

Please Please Read! Stay away from this shady place. You Have been Warned
Karpentree - should be renamed as Cheatpentree
I had / having one of the most terrible and worst experience one can possible with this shady and enterprise run by a conmen.
My purchase- I had placed an order for an customised easy chair back in June 2022 (payment receipt appended herewith. It was great and seamless until the payment was made. I did not bargain and in blind faith trusting these cheats paid the full amount including the transportation to Bangalore. That’s when all started going down hill. They stopped picking my calls and WA messages immediately. They after couple of weeks sent one message indicating that the order is in WIP (obviously it was a snap from google and how dumb of me to have fallen for it) it’s now September, no revert on numerous calls and WA messages. I feel miserably cheated and with no means of connecting with these cheats and scammers. I sincerely urge common public to stay away from this shady cheats. I have lost my hard earned money and have to undergo mental agony. I am contemplating filing a cheating complaint and raising my grievance with the consumer court for intentional cheating. This was the same comment from many users on FB, I choose to ignore and i am now reaping the result of my mistake. Please for your own good stay as for as possible from this place. As proof I have the limited WA conversations and payment receipts for any further reference Truthfully an disgruntled customer.

Pathetic delayed delivery. I ordered Pooja stand on 25th April and I got it on 15th May! They promise on the website that product will be delivered within 1 week. Also I paid 1200/- for delivery because it's outside Kerala. Assembly is not yet done even after 3 days of delivery.
Please buy your furniture from somewhere else. Never seen such pathetic service before.
Reply to the owner: The installation man said that the product got damaged during delivery. The wood absorbed water during the rain. He said to get replacement from you. I have attached photos for reference.
I read the product catalogue on the website and I saw that warranty includes product damage. Please help.

We purchased a L sofa set, teapoy and dining chairs from karpentree. The collections, price and the service offered were all great. Looking forward to more purchases from them.

Great communication, once the sofa was in stock it was easy to arrange delivery (arrived 4 days later!). The sofa is also great quality. Would highly recommend.
