Excellent place to learn mma. Amazing trainers who guide you. They let you spar under guidance. You can join this whether your goal is to be a fighter or just for fitness.

My intention was to join the gym but ended up at the wrong floor and joined Kasparov once they explained what I would gain. I will say that the wrong floor worked great for me. Been going there since Feb (first in the batch and now PT). I was 82 in Feb when I joined. Had breathing issue, knee pain and was low in confidence. I am at 71 now and is feeling much younger. Never stopped going! Still full on!
