KBC GREEN PARK HOTEL

It was a great experience at KBC green park, the room was extraordinary and quality service was given.

Was here for a beer and some good food. Improve your food quality and quantity. Improve outreach, the deliverance. And I assure you amazing business will follow (specific to food and etc.) Otherwise, very meagre for a 3 star Hotel.

A very good hotel for the area.stay was comfortable.staff speaks English. Only problem was we did not get running hot water, they mentioned some technical issues, but they provided with one… overall a good stay

Yesterday went for a school reunion. 4 of us were meeting after 20 years. So all were super excited. So for everybody's convenience, we chose Green Park. They have 2 option for seating arrangement. 1 is normal and the other one is deluxe. We went to the deluxe one first but couldn't find a seating area so chose the regular one. It was okay okay. Nothing great. Mixed crowd and too noisy. We can't of course compare with a metro style service here.
There are lots of scope for improvement.

As we went for get together. These things didn't hamper our conversation at all. We enjoyed the momentum thoroughly.

We only had three pineapple juices. Out of three we ordered one to be without ice and sugar. One advice-do not ordr juices. Plain pineapple juice had too much water, and very little actual pineapple in it.

Though it's spacious there needs to be immediate improvement. Especially staff behaviour must be improved. Food quality also needs improvement.

For a small town, the facilities in this hotel are good. There is enough space for parking vehicles. The banquet hall with stage looks good. However the place needs to be maintained better. Restrooms were dirty and smelly. Paper napkin holders were empty. Hand dryer was not working. Vegetarian meals I had in the restaurant was ok but the ambience needs upgradation.

One of the best stays. The idea is that it's not a 5 star hotel and we should not expect some 5 star service from them.

Good
1. The staff: One of the biggest USPs of the hotel. The staff is very cordial and will go out of their way to get things done from procuring cabs and arranging staplers etc.

2. Affordability: One of the best parts about the hotel is that most of the food and even beverages are very affordable and hygienic.

3. Rooms are clean and spacious.

4. Occupancy rates are less and hence the crowds are less

Bad

1. Location: No beaches nearby
2. If we order Noodles or North Indian food here you are sure to be dissatisfied.
3. Auto and transportation are limited and hence cabs need to be utilized

Overall a Good stay with the correct idea in mind.

Well, they have a great restaurant, spacious parking space, Royal architecture.good and ambient rooms and lets you lose the corporate hotel feel. Good service and few Kms from the city which is great. I recommend a stay over here

Very expensive. Staff well mannered but does not do anything. Food is good but arrives at a delay of about an hour. Good place to stay if you have to visit INA.

Ample space and good surroundings with enough parking space. You will get complimentary breakfast.

KBC GREEN PARK Hotel is situated by the side of national highway, Edat. It is a three star hotel with A/c rooms and A/c conference hall. It consists of Restaurants, A/c and non A/c bar. The architectural design of the building makes us feels like an old antique palace. Rooms and Toilets are neat and tidy. Vast parking area is available.

You should wait minimum 45 minutes after ordering food. It takes at least 30 minutes to process bill & settlement.

One of the best Hotels in Payyannur region.
Food served is quite tasty and the rooms and room service provided are good.

One negative about the hotel is that the parking area is not so convenient for a hotel of its size.

Banquet halls available for small functions and meetings.

The hotel is a little bit away from the town making the traffic a little bit better even though its near the high way.

One of the best place to take your family for a dinner.

A bar is attached to the hotel.

Overall one of the best hotels in Payyannur.

Have a great day with friends in KBC. They have good housekeeping team. The suppliers in the Bar were also too good to the us. KBC was easily accessible from the National Highway and is highly recommended.

This is a really nice and well located hotel for people visiting Payyanur, Kerala.
You can get good quality of North and South Indian food here.
The main market is only about 3-4kms away and there is an auto stand about 100 meters from the hotel from where you can take an auto to reach your destination.
While returning to the hotel if you feel you are not able to describe hotel's exact location to the driver then a nearby landmark is Edat bus stop.
There are no Uber/Ola in the city yet hence you have to heavily rely on Autos for commuting.

Very Bad staff and Management. Worst behavior. All broken floor with no proper house keeping facility. Pesticides in the room. They over charge your food bill. Also, complimentary breakfast mentioned is not provided. Food isn't good either.

Nice ambient atmosphere with classy building architecture. Good food availiablity, transportation availiablity are additional benifits.
