Went to have biriyani after seeing good reviews, but the service was bad. It took them more than 15 minutes to bring the plates and when we wiped the plate with tissue it was full of oil and masala. I dont think they washed the plates with soap. Later when we showed this to the staff they came with a new plate and served the biriyani. The chicken pieces in the biriyani was not cooked properly. Felt like they cooked immediately as we ordered and served.
Unhygienic atmosphere. Poor services. Ordered items not received. Tasteless food. Purchased chicken pakkoda and cutlets. Complained over mobile number shown in the bill. No positive response. Waste of time and money. Has to improve.
Worst experience.please don't go this restaurant. High rate and worst quality. They put the name "biryani" for Karnataka style biriyani, and when I asked about it one of the men told me this is a trivandrum type biriyani. I think they haven't eaten the authentic Kerala biriyani.
Very good quality chicken Delicious food is served here. Being an organization of KEPCO, the best service is provided here. It is a crowded place during some times. Behavior from the staff here is excellent. Some parking is available here.
They don't have all the items in their menu and food was served late and cold. It took more than 40 mins for them to serve. It runs similar to government office, as none of the staffs are not interested in serving customers.
No good bathroom or wash area. Food average. You feel it's govt venture when step into it. Such lazy behaviour. I won't recommend.but as a last option ok
It was nice quite good experience in the pattah area its a government shop good food and staffs. Food was decent and clean and good place i ordered the vegetables metals. Thats was good compared to the pettah and arround the area. Larger dining area and good parking space for costomers. And they also provide the small bite snaks at the reasonable price. The vegetables meals cost only 120₹
A government run restaurant that we entered on our way from the airport. It can accommodate a few vehicles right outside by the road. We had just landed from Bangalore this was the first real restaurant with sitting arrangements. The nettoli fry was a little too crispy. The king fish was crisp on the outside and a little juicy on the inside. Chicken curry was my pick out of the dishes.
Food was decent, good and neat ambience, reasonable price. But staff was not well trained or professional. They simply watch Tv, not care customers well
Its too hot to be sitting inside and have ur lunch there esply when you are not used to that heat. Aircons are installed but none of them are working. Food is good. Service is too slow only 1 person to take order and serve.
Went here for evening snacks. Tasty chicken cutlets.chicken pakoda was a plateful. Ambience could be improved. Looks like old place. If it was lively, more visitors could visit. Budget friendly, tasty snacks. Parking for 6 cars available in Front. Chicken cutlet-₹23 Chicken pakoda-₹142
Good restaurant for lunch in petta and chacka but price is bit high but the quality for money. Evening tea and snacks are best available in petta and reasonable price. Good parking for cars.
