I did a 7 days ayurveda training. Class is on the morning with 1 part theory, 1 part practical with ayurvedic doctor and therapist.
If you are like me and you love south indian food, it's very good especially the breakfast as dosai, idli, puri.
Vijay Kumar sir and his wife are nice and very helpfull. You can also have nice conversation about Indian culture and society.
Anyway it's a quiet place to be focus on your study. Enjoy
