The place is hard to locate. We drove a car there and the road to icloud is very steep and only one car can pass at a time so you have to first call the reception so that they won't let any vehicle while you are going. Although it's only about 150m. You'll get a parking there without any problem.
Coming to the stay in the resort, the staff there was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were good and clean. We booked the mountain view room, although we had to pay extra for the room but the view from the room was worth it. Since we were leaving early in the morning we asked the manager to arrange breakfast a bit early and he even arranged it before the breakfast hours. The food was average there. Also, the manager was fluent in commonly used languages as Hindi, English and South Indian languages.location-3/5
