Poor service. If we order one thing they will deliver another thing with cheaper price. Please don't prefer this service. Customer service is disgusting.

Really Disappointed. I've ordered some sweets worth Rs. 1399/- and I got entirely different sweets which cost around RS. 300/-. Will not recommend to anyone

Phew! I usually do not use gift shops online if I have not heard of the website much. This time, I chose Kerala gifts even though I wasn't familiar with the shop. I order the gift on 13th Feb for a next day delivery. I'm so happy that my husband received his valentine's day gifts on time! The cake was delivered perfectly and roses were fresh! I'm relieved and happy!

The only thing I wished Keralagifts had was a capability for the customers to track their order. I love to track my order- it brings me so much assurance. I had to check my order via chatbot on the website. The chatbot system is extremely needed however I think I'd love to track my order on my own, if that makes sense.

Other than that, I loved it! Thank you Keralagifts for sending a perfect order to my husband. It makes me really happy. THANKYOU!

Really exceed the expected service.i ordered but received message that payment unsuccessful for which i was trying again but the chat people stopped me and said payment received.within short time far away interior location was my order was surprised when i see message from receiver thanks for the gift which i was expected 1/10th of time that i expected.great.

I would have given 05 stars if not for the agent who chatted to me with an attitude. I requested to keep me posted when the delivery is done to which he/she agreed. As nothing came through, I followed up and the way my query was dealt with really irked me. I am not going in to details about the chat, the bouquet was exquisite, which prompted me to give 4 stars.
