Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council.

Totally unsatisfied with their service. Tried to call them several times with no response. If we are tried to contact via emails there is no reply. I am so wonder regarding their irresponsibility.

Good service. Everything explained in the website well. Updates everything through mail there is no confusion. With no stress I received the reciprocal registration. Fast and efficient work.

Calling on any of the given phone numbers is not available. Those who are coming from far away can't even call if they don't get the certificate. It has been a month since I applied for a certificate. Those who are working outside the country can only get it on time.so please do the work properly

None of the numbers are working or switched off.what kind of govt office is this.they should appoint people who can take the job seriously. PATHETIC

Very bad experience. Staffs are irresponsible and all came for duty after 10 am please take any immediate action. Please note bringing one bottle water and cheire.

They are delaying my kerala nursing renewal certificate and i lost my job failed to submit the same.

GOOD STANDING CERTIFICATE

1. AGENTS WILL SAY 15-20 DAYS, BUT IT WILL TAKE MIN 25-30 DAYS. I RECIEVED IN 28TH DAY
2. WHEN U CALL TO KNMC, THE PERSON WHO IS ANSWERING THE CALL DONT HAVE ANY IDEA ABOUT ANYTHING, THEY ARE GIVING WRONG INFO ALSO.
MUST NEED UPGRADATION IN KNMC PROCEDURES!

Very bad service with regard to telephonic enquiries! A whole day of mine has been lost trying to contact KNMC by phone. Every time busy msg is received back. If at all by luck a ring tone is received no one picks it up. Very bad indeed. Why not the management look into it? Except for this, other services found ok. But even if other services ok, not heeding phonic enquiries brings down the ratings to very low level.

Worst department in kerala government. They are not Answering calls.they are not ready to full fill candidate requirements. Bad staffs totally upset with this organization

Eventhough they are unavailable through telephone. But the replay and process was faster through emails. Thank you so much to the entire staff
But i have one small request. Please make some necessary arrangement regarding telephonic calls

Why so many negative reviews here? I have always received 5* service from KNMC during the past few years. Follow their protocols and pay the fees, and they will give you the services you need. Keep up the good work.

Even if you call, the number will be busy always or if it ring, the phone is not received.in case it pick up they won't answer properly.very bad experience.

നല്ല പെരുമാറ്റം. കൃത്യമായ ഉത്തരങ്ങൾ. പക്ഷെ എല്ലാ ഗവൺമെന്റ് ഓഫീസും പോലെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ നടത്തി കിട്ടാൻ കുറച്ചു കയറി ഇറങ്ങേണ്ടി വരും.

Very very bad services they are providing. I tried in 2 numbrs one landline and other one is mob, both are always busy and switched off. Once I got them and their attitude was sooo rude. Dont give them salary for this bad services and bad customer handling. നാണമില്ലേ ഇങ്ങനെ ആ കസേരയിൽ ഇരിക്കാൻ. Shame on you.

Really Pathetic, during registration an error showed up and I was not able to continue registation in their website for solving I tried to call them like 7 times a day but no one picked up the phone

We had a very good experience with KNMC. The members of this council waited for long hours inorder to make our registration complete. Overall the experience was great. Thank you

The worst nursing council of India.no one reply or no one is responsible.
Have no knowledge of what they are saying.better get some one who is at least responsible

I think more than 100times am calling. Irresponsible. No response to my calls and emails.

Useless department. All employees are wastes. They didn't know nothing. When Iam contacting them they didn't attend the call. If they attend the call, not give information correctly. I think their qualification is below 5th class only. I give them a star because I cannot post this review without giving any star.

Such a useless team, they don't answer the calls nor if they answer they talk rubbish. Never going to get proper response. Never trust the employees while submitting any documents. Always asks receipts or take pictures while they collect or receive any application because later they will not agree wether they received nor we met them.
The lady whomever receiving the calls in enquiry section is total useless, she behaves like she don't even know her own name.
When you will call them for the status of your application they will ask you to explain about the physical features of their staffs itself to verify. What the hell it is?

If Knmc staffs are not behaving good.y they r working.uselesss fellows.
