Visiting this place is a nightmare. Very poor customer service. Don’t even bother to pack the bottles and some newspapers are left outside for the customers to do it themselves. When challenged and informed them that it is the rule to pack the bottles one of the staff started to argue and another one packed our bottle. Video recording is done for evidence

All the liquor shops are govt. Owned in Kerala state due to which not all the liquor brands are available.
But at this store you will get Budweiser and Beera, so cheers

Kerala beveco should upgrade & standardized like karnataka, from small pouches to big bottles & varities other than charging a huge tax
