Kerala State Electricity Board

Very bad experience. They had cut the power for the last 12+ hours (20/07/2023) and they put their line as always engaged when we try to call them. It is their duty to at least attend the call and tell the people when the power will be back.

Vere bad experience. They are give electricity to big owners. This office not recocnizing ordinary people. The worst electricity office in kerala

ഇവരുടെ സർവീസ് തീരെ പോരാ. വേനൽ കാലം ആയാൽ എന്നും രാത്രി കറന്റ് പോക്കാ. മറ്റൊരു സ്ഥലത്തും ഇങ്ങനെ കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല. വിളിച്ചാൽ ഫോൺ എടുക്കുകയും ഇല്ല. അതവാ ഫോൺ എടുത്താൽ ഒരേ ഒരു ഡയലോഗ് "മെയിൻ ലൈൻ പ്രോബ്ലം " ഈ മെയിൻ പ്രോബ്ലം എന്ന് അവസാനിക്കോ എന്തോ
