Really a very good place for treatment and rejuvenation.
I stayed 14 days for treatment.
Dr Kesavan is doing a very noble service. And he is not money minded. Every staff member i.e Therapists, nurses, pharmacists, canteen people treated us as their family members.
Food was also good.
I want to come here once in a year for rejuvenation. Moreover the hospital expenses are being reimbursed by Insurance companies.

We had an exceptional experience during our Ayurvedic treatment and stay here. The medical professionals and staff members were incredibly welcoming and provided us with the highest level of attention and care. I will recommend this place to others.

My father had undergone treatment here for 11 days and he was happy with the treatment, which was done properly and methodically with proper care. Accommodation for stay - Rooms and food from in-house canteen was good and the ambience is also good, hence no worries regarding stay during treatment.

Excellent services and great hospitality. I had been in Kesavatheeram for my treatment for almost 40days. I had a very great healing experience. "Second home" is what I would like to call this place.

Medical staff- Doctors and therapists are very dedicated, considerate in clearing all my doubts and concerns, which has made my healing journey a comfortable one. Production house staffs made sure to bring freshly prepared medicines on time.
Premises- Green, serene, quiet environment, reminds us the importance of living with nature. Soft music playing in the premises makes us calm down while strolling through the greenery.
Room- Spacious and bright room with AC and smart TV at an affordable rate. Cleaning staff are so good that they make sure to keep room and bathroom clean after each therapy session.
Food- Vegetarian diet. Myself being a non-veg, I was not sure if I could tolerate a veg diet for a long time. But I was wrong. The food here has taught me the magic veg diet can do in our body.
Canteen staff- Very clean and hygienic kitchen and dining hall. Since I had diet restrictions due to ongoing treatment, they made sure to prepare alternate side dishes for me, which was very kind, considering their busy schedule. Shantha chechi, Thomas Chetan and other staffs whom I missed to ask names were definitely like a family.

Management- Extended their kind hands for every single need I had, especially MD Vishnu Namboothiri. He is an inspiration and a man with a strong vision. Very considerate approach from him and his family members made us feel home. I was even given a call to confirm my safe arrival home after discharge.

Above all, staffs including medical and non-medical staff do their services very pleasantly, making us feel comfortable, which is a very rare thing to find. Smiling faces are quite important to make a patient feel comfortable, which you can find here.

Till to date, I have never been to a Hospital like Kesavatheeram Ayurveda Hospital, where everyone from root level staff to the Founder - Sri Vishnu Namboodiri, is so helpful, caring and smiling. Dr Tulasi madam spent a lot of time with me - with smiling face, as my daughter, and asking me questions and meticulously recording all aspects of my entire medical problems as well as general things like sleep, diet, appetite, etc. The therapists who gave me the oil massages and other procedures were very efficient, expert and dedicated. The Panchakarma Theatre is well maintained or say like a temple of Dhanwathari Moorthy. The prayer - reciting the Dhanwathari Manthra, gives a positive energy and transform this room as warehouse of positive energy. However, please consider to provide a cloth stand with hanger at this room. Really at the end of the treatment, I did feel much better. My special thanks to Dr Tulasi Mam, who is really a Encyclopaedia of Ayurveda. Weldone Dr - Moloo.

Never go to this horrible place, it's commercialisation of helplessness and diseases. Please go to government ayurveda College nearby this place, it's very affordable with much better service. I spend 1 lakh (just in 2 weeks) for the same treatment you can get for 4000 rupees in govt.run ayurveda hospital paryaram with more professional doctors who have to pass exams to get in. But due to high commission given to the doctors they refer this place. The entire reviews are fake. I've been here and the service was so bad they charged almost a lakh for 2 weeks. Extra money for food. And there's zero care given to the patient. The doctor adviced not to eat certain things but that's what they make in the canteen and I had to eat the same thing. Zero care after taking so much money. And all what they did was, do some minor massage for less than a hour. I couldn't believe how bad the entire team including duty doctors were, with zero knowledge in their own profession. I just can't put into words how badly poor people are cheated. Ayurveda is good but places like this commercialise it without ethics. Please stay away, they have a documentary on YouTube which gives a completely different picture. I don't want anyone to go through what I went through. Please take care.

Visiting Kesavaheeram was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Thanks to my friend who ref me this Centre. I was suffering from Piles for quite a long time and have taken various treatments from different individuals. However the problem was not completely cured. Hence I reached Kesavatheeram and consulted Dr. Aswathy who is the specialist for this treatment. The result was surprising and today I feel completely recovered from the same.
Beside this myself and my daughter was having knee pain and my wife was also having a full body pain specifically backache and knee pain. So we underwent Panchakarma treatment under the supervision of Dr. Kesav, Dr. Tulsi and Dr. Vaani. We stayed there for 2 weeks and the result was mesmerizing. We felt like a homely atmosphere there. The food was quite good.

It was an awesome experience @Kesavatheeram Ayurvedic hyospital Ezhilode kannur. Iam writing this review on behalf of my wife.she was suffering from severe low back pain & UTI for last 3-4 months, and quite a large number of places were visited for treatment but everything ended in vain. Then by God's grace I happened to meet Dr Kesavan Vediramana (MD) @Kesavatheeram. I mentioned my wife's problem to which he responded positively and gave me an appointment. After thorough examination he suggested a 2 week treatment to which we readily succumbed. The result in the very first week of treatment itself was amazing! The diagnosis and treatment were truly professional and clearly focused on her problem and not some random treatment. Dr Kesavan MD is nothing less than a true expert. And his diagnosis and treatment have helped her tremendously. We are thankful to Dr Thulasi and Dr Vani are wonderful hosts and experts in their field. Their team is equally hospitable and supportive. They are professional in Ayurvedic treatment. My wife was explained about the procedures and medicines involved. I left their facility rested and energized. The team was very caring and friendly, so definitely felt at home. The food they provided was just delicious. Typically home made food. In addition, all my meals were provided and we felt cared for so that our stay was very comfortable. But most importantly they are super nice and cheerful people and you will absolutely enjoy their company! It will be unfair if I haven't mentioned the ambience of Kesavatheeram Ayurvedic hospital.l will give full marks to the well trained nursing staff in the hospital. This land of Ayurveda is by far the best Ayurvedic facility in Kerala, attracting patients and tourista from all over the country and abroad. Its occupancy rate varies from 80 to 100% through out the year and Deluxe rooms with attached Panchkarma theatre and balcony are booked minimum one month in advance. The hospital specialises in classical Ayurvedic treatment and medicine and has some finest Ayurvedic physicians like Dr Tulasi Kesavan, Dr Aswathi Vediramana, Dr Vani led by Dr Kesavan Vediramana, Medical Director. The treatment are for various durations but the most popular is the 14 days course. The atmosphere here is very serine. The therapist, canteen and administrative staff are very hospitable, dedicated, punctual and efficient.a) Laundry. We can use washing machine, provided at Speciality Spine Care Unit, independently or handover the clothes to the Laundry agency, visiting this centre in alternative days.b). Health Insurance. Being non net work hospital, we can approach for reimbursement claim to the claim division of this Hospital.c) Milk. Milk from own Goshala is really good here so don't worry for milk powder or pouches.d) Coconut Oil. The vergin coconut oil, they are preparing from the coconut from their own coconut garden is purest of purest. Very good for skin problems and children's body massage.e) Treatment Cost. Very affordable on comparison with other Hospital.

My father was admitted in this hospital due to over weight/obesity. It was an amazing experience. After taking 14 days Ayurveda procedure along with light food restrictions, my father father got tremendous results. Really, I wish to appreciate the team of potential Doctors in general and Dr Kesavan sir in particular. The therapists /canteen staff are very hard working dedicated and excellent in their profession. Strongly recommend this land of Ayurveda, for best results specially for Overweight/obesity.

One of the best place for ayurvedic treatment, good treatment facilities available for back bone, spinal, neuro, other joints and eye related issues. The place is very serene and conveniently located. Hospital have experienced doctors well trained and caring therapists. Administrator Mr Radhakrishnan is very cordial and always available for assistance especially dealing claims and reimbursements.
A good canteen serves tasty vegetarian foods for reasonable rates. Hospital have its own vegetables garden.
One special things to say is night stay is very pleasant and peaceful, absolute silent surroundings give you peaceful sleep which is much rejuvenating to body and mind.
I got treated here for my sciatical pain for 21 days, mostly convinced with their methods and got relief in time. Highly recommend this hospital for best results.

I along with my spouse was here for 2 weeks with a complaint of very high blood sugar for me and some nasal problems. My fasting sugar was 308. When the day I discharged it was 117. No injection etc.etc.
Now I am just following their guidance and my random sugar is always just below of 130. Thank you Dr. Kesavan, Dr. Thulasi and the entire team.

I got admitted to the hospital in December 2021 for a back pain. I was in treatment for 15 days and I had a wonderful time at the hospital. The Doctors and the therapist are very professional and caring. The atmosphere around the hospital is also very delighting and the food is amazing also the cooking ladies are motherly.
The only thing I would like as an enhancement in their service for working people is if they can provide a day schedule for eg.today there would be a kizhi at 10: 00 AM and dhara at 2: 00 PM that would help working people who are taking treatment and working at the same time.
Overall I would surely rate Keesavatheeram Ayurveda Hospital 5 stars and recommend the hospital for Ayurvedic Treatment if anyone is looking forward too.

We had extra ordinary experience at Keshavatheeram. Every thing about this place is amazing, there are few outstanding experience that stood out like the staffs were extremely accommodative and courteous, the rooms were clean and food was hygienic. I had stayed for 14 days and thoroughly enjoyed it throughout and was able to bond and make friends with other patients/ by standers.
I was there in September - October, though writing this review after few months the memories are still fresh and it brings out positivity every time i think of this place.

Dr. Keshavan and his wife are very competent and were very humble and ready to listen and suggest the right treatment options.
Sunand, Akshay and Ashwin were my therapists, very knowledgable knew what they were doing.
Shanta chechi in the canteen would make you feel at home right from your first meal from this place.

Keshavatheeram is a very caring ayurvedic hospital in north Malabar. Situated in lush green and calm surroundings which I think is a must for speedy recovery of any ailment. The Doctors and therapists as well as the management as a whole gives you utmost personal attention so that you forget all your worries and and anxiety about your illness.
I write this from my own experiance of getting treated by Dr. Keshavan, the chief physician, his wife Dr. Thulasi for my severe back pain. The way they plan the treatment is so apt and unique that my pain is considerably reduced. Even after undergoing spine surgery I had no relief.
Now I am able to do all my daily routine including the use of two wheeler. The vegetarian food they serve is so light, fresh and clean that your digestive system will get overhauled within a week.
More over most of the health insurance companies have the name of Keshavatheeram in their empanneled list of hospitals. Also the charges are very reasonable. They also promote arts and culural programmes in the evenings so that you can get mental relaxation also.

I under gone treatment in this hospital during the last three weeks. I have to say that, they have to change the name from Kesavatheeram Hospital to Kesavatheeram Tharavaadu. The atmosphere, close dealing of staff every thing are homely better than homely. The highly proffessional, skilled experienced energetic team of Doctors. Dr Kesavan, Dr Tulasi, Dr Vani deserves a big salute. The well oiled team of therapists, Mr Amal and

I had to enter Kesavatheeram Ayurveda Hospital very unexpectedly. The service that they provided helped me and was totally worth it. The ambience itself cures half of the health issues. My son undergone two weeks treatment at this land of Ayurveda, Really I understand that, the word Hospital derived from the word Hospitality. From the dedicated staff from the Reception Centre, Panchakarma theatre, Canteen and house keeping reflect the highest level of Hospitality. The highest level of professionalism of Dr Kesavan Sir, Dr Tulasi, Dr Vani are highly appreciated. The well oiled team of therapists under Mrs Smitha and Mr Sunand are praise worthy. The most beautiful and healing experience:

We were at Kesavatheeram Ayurveda Hospital for the last 10 days and had a mesmerizing experience to start with and they took utmost care of us during our entire stay. The impeccable staff in all the fields were great, humble & friendly with ready to do attitude under the supervision of Mr. Radhakrishnan. It is a small upcoming place but just prefect to relax, remarkable & exquisite Ayurveda treatments and the daily rounds of the doctors checking on our health & wellness. This is the best place if you want to do something good for your body & mind. The food served was healthy & pure vegetarian diet but it varied all the times, and we found it delicious. Our biggest thumbs up goes to the Therapists who did a great & tireless job to make us feel good & relaxed. There are some minute flaws that can be forgotten considering all other excellent services that was given to us. We have advised them on that and hopefully they will take corrective measures for all the future guests, including us.

The 10 days of treatment were a bit too short but we feel much better, healthier, relaxed and lighter than we did on our arrival. We are planning to come every year and do the same wellness treatment. There is a beautiful river behind Kesavatheeram which is mesmerizing & refreshing for an evening walk. Kesavatheeram’s hospitality cannot be beaten by any other Ayurveda Hospitals in Kannur district.

Nothing less than a "Home away from home". I have taken ayurvedic treatment under Dr Udaya Varma twice here and cant thank the entire team for the support and care they have been offering through out. Having to stay with a one year old at a hospital setting for two weeks was a big concern initially until i reach the place and felt it home. The individual attention given to every single person who comes into the premise is commendable. Also the kitchen staff and management was more than happy to facilitate any additional food or choices for my baby and made us so comfortable. Radhakrishnan sir, the manager is very approachable and makes sure we are happy and settled throughout.

During my stay the next year my child fell off the ground and had a deep wound on forehead. Dr Kesavan immediately attended us and Vishu Namboodiri Sir himself took us to Payyanur hospital and stayed withus throughout asking if any cash/arrangements need to be done. The incident still stays so close to my heart and i cant thank Vishnu Sir and Dr Kesavan enough for repeatedly proving its just not a hospital but more like a tharavad Home where you can go stay, unwind and rejuvenate yourself. All staff in the setting have same approach towards residents and i feel thats the success mantra.

KP Raghuraman (Bombay Hotel) I am writing this note for the amazing experience that I had at Kesavatheeram Ayurveda Hospital. Most of us are afflicted with diseases big and small and I too had a minor ailment. Then the search began for the right place for the treatment.
I chose Kesavatheeram Ayurveda Hospital based on the opinion of my friends and the advice of my doctor. For the last two weeks I have been at Kesavatheeram Ayurveda Clinic. I was welcomed to a homely atmosphere and I was treated in the same way as I was in my home. In particular, Vishnu Namboodiri and his wife Latha M along with the services of their son, Medical Director Dr. Keshavan, his wife Dr. Thulasi & Dr. Vani. They were able to provide me the complete peace of mind and care that we experience at home.
Another important aspect is their canteen. The canteen is so impressive that i never missed my home food. Vishnu Namboodiri and his wife’s presence is very obvious even in the canteen. They serve food with so much love that sometimes patients forget that they have come for treatment. One more important person that I have to mention is Radhakrishnan who is the manager of Keshavatheeram. All can learn from him how a manager should treat his customers.
For me, the last two weeks have been a no-brainer and I have spent every day there as a family. Words are not enough to thank you. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Vishnu Namboodiri and his wife Latha, Dr. Keshavan and his wife Dr. Tulsi, Mr Radhakrishnan, Mrs. Bhanumathi Amma and all the other staff for taking care of the patients with dedication and sincere care

It is imperative to mention the excellent proper fool Proof Medical claim documentation of Health Insurance claim section, under dynamic supervision of Respected Ammaof Kesaratheeram, Smt. Bhanumathi Amma. Their procedure starts from hospitalisation/claim intimation procedure to till the cre.amount in claimants SB A/c exclusively on behalf of patients being reimbursement claim.
I strongly recommend the viewers to personally know this great experience.

I had a memorable stay at Keshavatheeram. Thanks to the highly commendable hospitality and treatment given to my wife by the very efficient and compassionate doctor Thulasi, senior therapist Smitha and other staff during our stay there. My wife had gone there for her post delivery treatment with our new born baby with a bit of hesitancy considering the Covid situation but our fears were laid to rest when we realized that they were following the protocols very strictly.
The daily treatment of abhyangam, Udhawarthana, bandhanam were carried out with meticulous care and attention. Her diet food specially prepared by Canteen staff were wholesome and nutritious. My baby was also taken care of very well with their specially prepared virgin coconut oil and thenum vayambum. We are very happy and contented with the praiseworthy attention of the whole staff at Keshavatheeram.
We hope and pray they continue their efforts in mitigating the pain and suffering of the patients who go there successfully. Wish them all success.

Best atmosphere required for an Ayurvedic hospital. Nature friendly. Experienced doctors and therapists. Exquisite and helpful management staffs. Appetizing full vegetarian food. In addition to all of this, excellent treatment.

My mum, dad and my brother went thru Kesavatheeram treatment and we never felt that we were in a hospital. All staff and management are like one of our family member. I recomended my friends about Kesavatheeram.

While going for a treatment I was rather skeptical but on the moment I stepped in my attitude started changing. Though the hospital is situated in a vast compound comprises of several buildings, the treatment section is well maintained and the service we get is more than excellent. People of different states were there and but the atmosphere was rather calm and quiet. Because of the perfect house keeping and maintenance there was no smell of the ayurvedic medicines in rooms. The canteen serving vegetarian dishes was also neat and clean and the items were good. It seems the "KESAVATHEERAM" is dedicated to give the perfect traditional ayurvedic treatments at affordable rates. Also the after service that we got for our insurance reimbursement was excellent.

I had taken treatment at Kesavatheeram post my delivery. I was given massage and medicinal bath and it was done in a very professional manner.
Doctors (Dr. Kesavan & Dr. Thulasi), Assistant doctors and other staffs are very much experienced and cooperative.
My father and brother had also taken treatment there and they also have very good opinion for the hospital.
Apart from the treatment the place itself is very much calm and peaceful which fills us with positivity and peacefulness.
Also all the essential documents for the medical claim was also given very fastly and so I was able to apply it at the right time.
I certainly would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some calm, peaceful environment with best Ayurvedic treatment.

This is my second visit. 1st visit i had myself treated for blocked nose, heavy snoring, dry throat in morning, heaviness in head while gettingup in morning. In 2 weeks of treatment i was cured of all these 100℅. No one could believe that my snoring had stopped actually. It is an Ayurveda Medical Treatment Hospital. Dont expect to be pampered like in resorts n spas, because here they are not trained to pamper you. Here the only motto is to give you the best of Ayurveda treatment in its traditional form. Dont expect for any luxury, or you will be hurt. But treatment will be the best. And offcourse, there are many food diet restrictions, which will have to follow. Its all part of treatment. This time im here with my dad, to treat him of his leg pain. N im sure he will be fit n fine while leaving from here.

Currently i m taking treatment at this hospital (it’s more like a temple for me). The ambience itself cures half of the health issues and the staffs and doctors are very professional. There s absolutely nothing to complain about this place. Anyone who needs a good healthy life must visit Kesavatheeram as they are the best when it comes to Ayurveda. I am blessed for getting the best treatment possible ever. Will be visiting here again next year.

THIS IS AN EMAIL I WROTE TO THE DOCTOR AFTER “treatment”.

Hello,

I was at your Ayurveda Hospital in early April.

I want to start by saying that everyone was very pleasant and polite at the hospital.

However, after being asked to wait for nearly two hours in a room — on top of waiting additional 90 minutes — and all for a first time treatment.when the actual treatment was rushed and lasted maybe 20 minutes. I was nearly in tears when I was begging for my bill so I could leave.

The people who massaged me were very nice.however, they were going so fast I was getting a burning sensation from excessive friction and I was being poked quite strongly because of inaccuracy due to rushing.

My steam bath was MAYBE 5 minutes long — and during this I was asked a multitude of questions by the attendant who just stared at me while I was in the steam box.

And after which I was left to remove all the oil on my own.and then use my oily towel to dry myself. And the attendants disappeared.

Actually - as I am writing this. I am more shocked.

And maybe I am even more shocked because you didn’t inquire about anything after the treatment — I wondered why we even bothered to talk about my health issues when I first arrived — because, in the end — it didn’t really matter. In fact, the treatment made things worse. I was so distraught I ended up walking 6km in the mid-day sun because I was too ashamed to call my driver.

Anyway, I will not be returning to your hospital. And I will advise people not to visit it or any other “Ayurveda Hospital. ”

What I will advise is that people go to Ayurveda resort spas — I have been to many for the same treatment and they have consistently been of a good quality.

Please be more considerate to your patients — they are giving you their bodies to treat — don’t waste their time and energy.
