Keys Cafe

Went at night. Staff told only buffet is available even though there is no food at the serving centre. Buffet was 750, once i raised the concern it became 555 per head.food was not tasty and it was purely north indian dish.that too vegetarian.with 1 chicken item with only gravy.
Horrible.
Spoke with receptionist. And as he conveyed its not keys anymore and its owned by some other company.

Incident happened 3 months back!

The customer service was excellent Rajnish made sure we were always comfortable in the restaurant. He was always ready to help.

We stayed one night at keys hotel in kochi. Nice comfortable hotel. Had breakfast at key's cafe. Nice filling breakfast.

The staff is absolutely not bothered about customer experience. There were mosquitoes in the bathroom, room and the restaurant. Food is terrible. WiFi service is terrible. The lifts are congested. The staff only pays attention to group bookings. They did not even provide the basic sanitary kits and towels in the room when we checked in.

Nice place to stay, nice services, rooms are very nice, digitally operated doors of the room, food is very nice & delicious, room services and staff is very co - operative.happy to be there for staying.

Neat and clean, calm and quite, staff are cooperative, tasty food at reasonable price, both veg and non veg, beer and wine parlour also very nice and spacious

Good food, but what is best is the service of the staff. Really loved the way they makes u feel good

Keys at Kochi.loved it. The staff and the food.both excellent. Smart way to use the room key to reach the floors via elevator. No unauthorized person can reach any floor. Highly secured.

They've provided a very nice menu with much options for vegetarians and non vegetarians. The food is of good quality and tastes good. Also the there was a decent choice among the beverages.

They have a decent menu but considering the price food wasn't all that great. The service was too slow, it took them nearly 45 minutes to get our main course.
Overall a very average place to eat. At this price point, there are other small hotels which can serve better food with better service.

I checked in for a training purpose. The training hall was compact but was nice. The cafeteria was spacious facing to the open area and the buffet was arranged well.

One of the best restaurants in Kochi. Food was excellent and desserts was exceptional. Atmosphere was calm.

Taste of foods is ok still have to improve a lot customer service is very poor varieties are not much overall still they have to improve a lot to maintain the standards.
