We checked in with a group of 60 people.

The rooms are clean but the bathrooms are quite small.

We didn't get opportunity to try food other than breakfast.unfortunately we couldn't get most of the items as we were late.

The location was suitable.very close to Padmanabha Swamy temple.

I'm having a group at Keys Select. The interior is the BEST in the entire Trivandrum. The rooms are spacious, clean and all the rooms have views of the city.

However, the restaurant team is very slow in serving the food. The food was not refilled promptly. To refill the food, the staff took at least 15-20 minutes. The rotis also served very late. The guests don't have much patience, the staff should understand this.

Mostly half of our rooms had door lock issues. While checking with the reception, he informed me that there's a problem with machines. It is damaged.

My room was neat and clean but it had two small cockroaches. One of our group's room had floor leakage. Many rooms at this hotel need repair.

From such a standard and reputed brand called Lemon Tree, such service especially in restaurants is not at all expected.

Hi.every one.we couple stayed in key hotel Room no. 311 on 10 th dece. 23.i felt Horrible situation. The room furnitures are vey old and look ugly.the toilet is so conjested and we cant even sit on the seat.full night dogs are barking outside.i mentioned non smoking room but they provide me smoking room.i called the manger at night by 1.30 am.and convinced him.but no use.we cant even sleep.pls dont waiste money.

It is a neat hotel, old rooms, but reasonable maintenance and good for both business and family stay

After reading the reviews I was reluctant to book. But still I booked. The room was neat, very near from rly station.well behaviour of the staffs. Good break fast. Had enough dishes. Even though old building well maintained. I loved it

Hotel rooms are good, neat and clean but with out any amenities. Very hot reception during the summer. No one to handle luggage

Covid time - it's more like noone was there! Price is bit low during this time so opted for it! Rooms are clean n AC is good! Bathrooms are old one.can still be better. I would say average! On request, rooms are cleaned everyday! Service is average!

Good hotel. Very friendly staff, the food is in the restaurant is awesome, you have many choices. Due to covid 19 gym is not open so can't comment on that, fully air-conditioned, every room has its own electric kettle and tea, coffee you can make them whenever you want. Bathroom is clean and nice.

Rooms were ok. But the room service was pathetic. Not food. Asked them for some towels. 3 times I called. Even went down to the reception. They apologized every time and said they will send within 5 mins. No response

Very poorly maintained hotel, infact hardly 2 or 3 rooms only occupied, hygiene is a big concern as everywhere dust is filled which shows the maintenance level of hotel

When i reach there reception is unattended. The hotel is not that much cleaned. Lobby is not good and corridor is dusty. I felt like i am going to an abandoned hotel. The rooms are ok. Food is average. Parking area is very small. Didn’t have a secured feeling. I got a negative vibe on my stay.

Its a disgrace to have such a good hotel chain with the hotel so unprofessional and unhygienic one of the hotel in trivandrum

The location is pretty central and perfect for business stay. The staff is excellent. Especially Josini in the front desk and all the restaurant staff. But the carpet and interiors are old and musty. The linen is clean though. I had especially requested a no-smoking room, however there was smoke smell in the bathroom and it was unbearable. The room didn't even have refrigerator that I required to keep my medicine. The restaurant staff however kept it in the kitchen refrigerator. Had I known in advance that the room didn't have refrigerator I probably wouldn't have booked.
Giving 3 star because of staff otherwise I would give 1 star. I won't stay here again.

The restaurant in the ground floor is spacious, has a good ambience, clean and most importantly staff are courteous and pleasant. I had buffet lunch that had a good spread, dishes were tasty, and fulfilling. Overall good value for money. Rest rooms were clean. The place is conveniently located but in a quiet location.

Excellent Service. The food is absolutely great with their curd rice being one of the best I've had in recent times also a lovely breakfast spread. The stay has always been comfortable. The rooms are clean and well kept. Love the quirky little lines they have on each every thing which always adds a smile ony my face. When in Trivandrum I always prefer Keys.

This is one of the best budget hotel I ever stayed. Online rates are much cheaper for the service we receive. Excellent breakfast spread. Clean rooms & also the people at the counter are so professional, especially Disha. Amenities are adequate for a single traveller. Highly recommend this hotel for the rates they provide.

Place was good, great location to travel to ur desired areas.impressive hospitality, but need to provide good quality in room essentials as well.food was absolutely amazing

The Keys hotel Trivandrum is a very good hotel. It is situated in the centre of the city. Very apt and ideal place for the business people. Food is excellent and service is awesome. Parking is less but they provide vallet parking. I always recommend this hotel for business community. Enjoy your stay and have a great business.awesome. Please keep posting your review.

It was an excellent experience during my stay at keys.the staffs were very helpful The breakfast buffet was super. It was my first visit to trivandrum.they have kept banana chips and some peanut candies in the room which was very good.

I tried the Kerala food festival. It was super. My family enjoyed the Kerala dishes especially the koonthal ularthiyathu and the kuttanadan beef roast was very tasty and also the Kerala theme decor was beautiful. Thanks to the chef, Fathima, Prasanth, vishnu for the wonderful service

Nice place to stay, stayed for business trip, enjoyed facilities of the place, gym, billiards.rooms were spacious.and great

I went there for attending two days training from my department. The hotel is at prime location near Railway station and bus terminal. The hotel and premises are neat and clean. Staff are very friendly and attentive. They have a good restaurant too with good food. Overall it's a well managed hotel.

Food is great and while you book try to take breakfast and dinner combo which is worth for unlimited breakfast and dinner options

It's good. Last minute booking feasible at affordable prices. They ask ID Cards for all the occupants in the room which s bit strange.

Keys at Trivendrum is at good location. But rooms are smaller in size. It's ok for your one day business stay but not good option for family stay.

Nice hotel and amazing hospitality. Front office manager sreekanth was so helpful to organise a trip to kanyakumari.will recommend for everyone who visiting trivandrum.

It was a wonderful experience with keys hotel. I stayed with my familly for 2nights. The staffs are very friendly especially the service staffs in the restaurant taken special care of my requests. My family was very happy.

I got a discount from book my show for dining at keys cafe. I had dinner buffet from their restaurant it was very good. Especially the tomato halwa.

Good ambience. It was not crowded as we dined there. Veg items were delicious. Service is superb. Expect a fatty bill!

There was good facilities were waiting for us and we enjoy trivandrum by staying there for 3 nights

The rooms are more than value for money but the food is quite questionable, better to get from outside. The rooms are very comfy

Average hotel, not as expected, doesn't have all the facility in rooms, tooth kit and vanity kit restroom mats, bucket & etc is missing

Only one lift they are using another lift is always off condition need to wait for lift for long time food quality is OK.

Good Hotel. All staffs are having very good smile on their face. Special thanks to Housekeeping doing wonderful decorations. I definitely come back to Keys whenever I come to Thiruvananthapuram.

Really good property with friendly staffs. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Front office, Reservation and Restaurant staffs are cooperative with very fast check in and check out experince. Wifi speed is also good.

Kerala special Appam, Bitroot, Cabbage, Chicken, Fish very testy.
Variety of Morning breakfast available.
