Food Waste was on every table and some of the staffs are not even bothered about the customer service and such a worst classic burger they served with out hot. Never expect such an experiance from KFC TVM

Very poor standards. Last week I'd personally met the manager and had complained about the poor standards & poor quality of food. They've repeated it again today & see the size of chicken pieces delivered. Sad state of affairs indeed. Wake up KFC.

The lady at order section was behaved very roughly, she thrown the swiping machine over the counter. Food was good. Very bad behaviour from the lady at counter.

Yes the usual KFC, the crispy chicken and their burgers. I always order their combo meals which is usually the best deals.
Spacious area crowded during the peak hours. Street parking is available.

Why is it that after dialling your number it says you can reach us till 11 pm and when I call at 10 pm my call is automatically disconnected, also the number you've mentioned on swiggy is always unreachable?

Cool place to hang out. Manager and staff are well behaved and customer friendly. Minimal parking space infront of the outlet. Slightly expensive prices for bucket meals. Taste is great. One of my relatives from Canada mentioned the excellent taste as well as top quality compared to those available at Canada KFC outlet. Do visit during offer days to get discounted prices.

But the token system is not good. They say the token number and if we don't hear them calling the token then we will be sitting there long.

My first dine after corona days. Feels like those days are back. Really missed. Staffs are very friendly. They are also following all the corona protocols.

The food was perfectly fine, however the packing of the biggest bucket (around RS 1700) for takeaway was terrible. The food kept spilling out and the drinks started leaking from underneath and made a huge mess in the car. Even after keeping the drinks steady, the paper cups started leaking from underneath. Please ensure better packing of your food.

They were very patient with our order and had excellent customer service. Comparatively to other outlets in Tamil Nadu, this outlet offered a greater variety of combo options.

Food was nice and fresh and they were strictly following covid protocols. There is no dine in, only take away is possible as everyone knows, but the size of the food was not as worth as money, which felt unnecessary cost but the good was tasty and fresh. Nice customer service as well

This KFC franchise is located inside the QRS Mall Square. Max and QRS are also at the same building. I have tasted KFC very few times. Maybe because, it is certainly overpriced, like other brands like Chicking and McDonald's. They taste yummy, but the common man can't have them every day because of the price. This is the biggest KFC franchise in Trivandrum. You can have a variety of chicken dishes such as broasted chicken, burgers, rice bowls, etc.and other branded beverages, which is also overpriced as hell. Faster service. Keeping their quality, which was created 75 years ago and still finger-lickin' good. Overall service of the franchise is very good. You can also buy takeaways. You will get the best offers on Wednesdays. The business hours are from 11am to 11pm. They accept, cash, card or mobile wallets. There is dedicated parking for two-wheelers in the front and for others, there is lower ground floor parking.

All KFC outlets in tvm especially at Pattom is providing unhygienic chicken, you don't feel it bad because of its taste ingredients but it has such a horrible unpleasant smell of rotten meat.surely I WILL NOT RECOMMEND kfc

Long waiting time experienced nearly 56 minutes, atlast they served previously (b4 30 mins) baked stuff which is kept in oven and close the order. They are highly interested in serving to online orders (swiggy) than long waiting customers by replacing the orders to them.

Bad experience many times.
Food is good here but the billing and delivery section is occupied by irresponsible fellows.

Very long delay in serving the ordered food. They hide offers which benefit the costumer. Cleanness is fine but waste are dumped in the basket which is placed in the dinning space itself. For washing hands press tap are used which these kinds of taps are usually used in school urine shed.

Loved it. One of the best places to hangout with friends or family. There are some budget friendly combos available.

Nice. There is a long waiting but it's definitely worth it. They serve you hot and crispy ones.

I've been visiting this KFC for a long time now and yeah, it's a fine place to dine in. The aesthetics have been improved over the years and there are a good amount of tables for occupancy. They do follow the covid protocols too. The food is fine, but, it's losing its great taste over the years. Yet, it's still a fine dine.

Unhygenic kfc i have ever visited. Tables will not get clean even after long time for the next clients. Floors are sticky. Not recommended for kids.

Good for quick dine. Regular chicken fry is warm, but fiery grilles chicken is not warm and not so delicious. Needs improvement.

Friendly atmosphere with cool music and finger lickin food.service is very good (sometimes little delay in serving food reason they are preparing burgers and veg items according to order) hygienic wash room. Parking area, free drinking water. Counter staffs are always polite and helpful. Especially billing boy named vishnu. He is very active and clearly explain the menu and special offers.always welcome customers with a warm smile. Nice place with lot of flavours and great food.

Extremely slow service. Inspite of having 6 employees at the service counter, only one counter was open and there was a long queue.

Very bad experience from KFC, pulimoodu. Too much crowded and understaffed, we have to wait for more than 1 hour. Finally, when we got our chicken it was cold like dead meat I believe that they made enough chicken and understaffed to serve for all those were in the queue. Also, the chicken not even tasted like KFC, too much oily, less salty etc, something was missing.

This is the worst KFC sevice I have seen it. After you order.it takes almost 30 min to deliver.and moreover only one counter is serviceable.queue is so long as if we are standing in front of the ATM after demonitization.where we are so anxious that when I will get a chance to see ATM face. I suggest eat somewhere else.your hunger will go away once you get the food.

The food there is costly and good but the crowd in that place its uncopable.
If you are hungry as hell and is looking to eat asap. I suggest any other restaurants or pizza huts nearby

Beautiful atmosphere, well designed interior as expected of KFC. The food was good as well. The service time was alright considering how packed the queue was.
However the waiter added 2 more items to our bill that we didn't order. We only realized after we sat down and paid for them. We didn't complain since it was a minute matter.
All round, its a modern, comfortable and a place that serves delicious food for any group of people for a cheap/moderate price.
Also there were many deals and savings in the menu as well!

Nice interior with good and warm service. KFC as it is, usually delivers delicious better fried chicken. Same as all, they provide chicken as bucket packages. Also has a variety of side dishes. Not very well food. Requires time to get the orders. It’s situated at the QRS building, right at the stretch of MG road.

Lack of staffs had to wait in line for more than 30 minutes this is not acceptable. It does not fit for a fast food outlet. Was not able to get what was in the menu also. Only a zinger Berger was available after waiting on long line

I just have to say, KFCs are a bit overpriced. But if this is not a problem for you, this place is great. Food's good. Only gets crowded at peak hours.

Usually the food is great but I had an experience of getting the cold and stale food. The krushers ordered was also served on a leaky cup which wetted the tissues which were served with it.
