. Food doesn't have the same quality as we see abroad or even in metro, staff behaviour nothing but drama.

Pls keep those 2 bottles sauce in the counter away if that's not meant for the customer.and insulting the customer

Why you are guys keeping choice of chicken in menu if you are giving small 2 pieces.
And they where mentioning it will be big piece.

Great. But if you gonna purchase other things I recommending you to order your food before that. Otherwise you may have to wait until it cooked.

Very bad service, i ordered by there call centre, they entered the order and they give me the showroom number.i was waiting 30 minutes then i call the number for 20 times they didn’t pick. Then i straight go to the hilight mall KFC. The answer was “sorry we are just cooking your meal”. As on the way to the airport this is a very bad experience for me. Kfc is charging higher amount for meal and they did this. Poor experience calicut KFC hi-light mall

If you order via food apps (like swiggy/zomato, etc), they don't consider your customization requests: For e.g. Say you do not want mayo on your zinger burger. These apps allow for small requests to given as text. But the personnel there ignores them. And if we call via the number through the app to remind them, no one picks up.

Definitely not Kentucky fried chicken and definitely not fresh chicken!

I wonder how these guys run the franchise when there is nothing similar to Colonel Sander' recipe and I guess this is the same across India.

I always get the same lady at the counter always smiling and very kind. I never have to worry about my food being old or cold. She always takes good care of me, and I usually go on my lunch break, and waiting long has never been a problem I will be back.

Its a nice, neat and clean place to eat. Service is good. But I still think that the cost is too much. It takes around 600rs for a decenr meal for two. Even mayo has extra charge. But the taste is different and makes you come again and again

Stopped in for dinner. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Ordered for ultimate bucket dinner. It was crispy and well seasoned

As better as it always gets. I always prefer kfc over other broasted chicken cuz i have never had anything finger lickin good than this. The services were good as well.

Giving balloons to kids make them happy. Happy kids making their parents also happy.so I am very happy with your service. Food is Excellent.

The place is ok.the chicken was good but the place was not clean.the cleaning should be done more switfly when one customer leaves.i had to sit in a place were the place was not cleaned and they didnt bother either to clean the place after seeing me and my friend sitting there.the place has seating capacity of around 30 people i guess.the place was packed when i entered so i didnt have another choice and i was hungry.thats why 2 stars had been removed.

Needed more waiting time more than expected time. And they are not giving a mind when waiting to pick a order.
