KFC

There is a huge difference in food in display and we ordered.
And also food is not that good

Had a quick stop for an evening snack. Service was quick and the outlet was maintained well. They had a shared parking in the building.

Poorly maintained KFC shop with worst service.
No one bothered to clean tables. After multiple request finally we found other table by ourself removing some used cups.
Everywhere waters are leaking from top, may be leakage from ac.
All displayed items are not available.
Order items were delivered after 30 minutes (at the time, only very few customers orders were there and they promised me max 15-20). From the ordered items some were missing and they provided the same after informing.
First time I am seeing such a worst KFC shop.

Felt like a half-KFC. KFC Kottayam doesn't offers the feel and vibe of a real KFC outlet. Very limited menu, just 1 counter for order and delivery and the dining area too was in a not-so-good condition.

Unlike other KFCs, they don't have offers. Foods are tasty. Many of the times, I felt it as lovers corner. Couples spend time more.

This is the most disgusting place I have ever set foot in. The food was ok, my problem wasn't with the food. The restaurant was SO DIRTY. The seating area is on the second floor and the bathroom is right in front of the tables. It was open and it was FILTHY and there was water all over and the whole area was smelling. I don't know how people eat in that area. And every table had leftovers. Wrappers and trays and tissues all over the place. Somehow we picked our way through all that and found one clean table. It was really unhygienic. Literally YUCK. You're serving food to public in there, get some cleaning service first.

Visited only once and stopped with that. No cool drinks were available except few shakes. Taste of Smoky grilled chicken was not good. Moreover a foul odour was in the ambience.

Crowded and disorderly. Chennai substation = Amount of people waiting for a bucket of chicken at KFC

I came here with my classmates at evening to celebrate one of the friend birthday. Its a nice place for such small celebrations. We order pack of buckets and sandwiches. The food was great.
Their services was very good. We liked very much.
We thoroughly enjoyed that day.

Not at all clean. There is not enough cleaning staff. The toilets are unhygienic as well as wash rooms. The parking space is illmanaged.
Expected a better KFC experience

Yesterday I went to KFC for bying some offer items I saw in menu but it was Tottal fake theese offers are only in there menu board If we order offer items they will tell us it's finished or not available or it will take more time to make this is not good service

Very bad services, will ask for donations while billing instead of keeping charity box and also only 1 counter during rush hour (12.00pm)

Very poor service, ordered for cheese burst, and got just a layer of cheese spread, not the actual cheese burst pizza, when complained they told this is how it is

Food is ok. But upon the last visit I feel they need to look on the hygiene of wash rooms & toilet facility. It was not recommendable

The food is good. But water is leaking from the ceiling in multiple areas. Foul smell coming from surrounding areas of the building. Later they discharged waste water from the building which too was smelling awful. I have visited the place two times late at night. This was noticed both times.

Food is fine
But they need to start taking their cleaning seriously
First of all the tables need regular cleaning if you expect ur customers to sit and eat there

Toilets and wash area need to be serviced too

The place is always infested with bees and that takes the aesthetic feel that KFC offers for their customers

The C for this KFC stands for cheapskate. Their family serve sizes are pretty minuscule and are ideal if you are looking for a snack. The food tastes alright though. They could certainly improve on their hygene levels.

Kottayam KFC chicken is extremely pathetic. The single start is just for there service. Else I would have gone for no star.

Had to wait for 45 min or so to take order.a long queue like that before beverages.they only had one counter to take order.they could have had more staff to handle the crowd by keeping more counters open.but after all the wait for taking order, u get the food instantly.no need to wait further.but can improve the service. Food was good

This place is best to hangout with friends and for a get together.cakes are allowed from outside.people are friendly enough u have to collect your food from counter they will not serve you burgers are quite dry but chicken and crushers are soo delicious. Wednesday is the best to visit because on that day it has offers.else itz bit on expensive side not really but u can afford.

Although.it is the only one in town.the freshness of the burger we had was really pathetic. Ambience and space is good for a friend's group or family. Expects more quality from an international food chain.

Can't believe this is an outlet of an international brand. Extra charged for everything. They don't even provide a lid for your drink. How are you supposed to take away a drink without lid?

There is nothing to add about thisinternational brand. To talk about this particular franchise at Kanjikuzhy kottayam, the staff are welcoming and efficient. The mango crusher is a must try and worthy of money, if you have only drank cokes at KFC's. Super charger roll and longer burger are economic and tasty additions. The current snack combos of strips and fries are also good. I would suggest a better cleaning from the staff as some tables remain as it is even after the customers leave. Some staff can be employed in the upper storey for better handling of customers. Anyways thank you for the wonderful time.

Restaurant was good. Taste is one of the best thing I had experienced in recent times at kfc. Kottayam KFC has best taste. But there is a lack of professionality to the staff. Full staff are conversing in local language as well as the section manager. Leaving that everything was good.

Nothing More to say as you all know that KFCs always keep their global standard. This one is also a typical KFC. Very spacious restaurant situated in two floors in Kanjikkuzhi near to petrol pump. KFCs are generally costly. You can have variety of fried chicken here. You can have food there or you can take away. It has also got a good parking area. As far as from my experience, you don't have to wait much time for the order to get delivered.
