Very bad experience from thier side i ordered evening and delivery time is 10 o clock iam waiting 11 clock but no one contacted and not picking my call.poor service.

Had peri peri chicken which they suggested was spicy it took around 15 mints to prepare was not at all satisfied with the taste it was hot & juicy but the topping was pathetic tasted like origano mixed with some other cooking powders pls don't introduce such items

I think in gold souk only KFC was open.
Few people visit there mostly Zomato order their gold souk outlet.

It was as if i had ate some old peice of chicken that was in the fridge for a long time and they had heated it for me

The customer service was outstanding. Me and my friend opted to do a kitchen tour and the manager, Mr. Nabeel was very patient I'm giving us a detailed explanation. One con would be that the French fries was not up to the mark.

The usual KFC. Mostly crowded. Especially during weekends. Friendly staff. Parking won't be a problem as it is in the Gold Souk Mall.

Not the best, but not the worst either. The way I see it, what they lack in taste, they make up for in services. I've always come out of this place with a smile. Love the place, Love the people.

. No table cleaning done. We removed previously used trays.when asked kfc staff to clean they said go and sit in another place, infact most of tables are unclean.food was good.

The KFC at gold souk isn't worth the money. The chicken served at times isn't fresh and properly cooked.

Horrible. Just worst. I used to be a regular but my experience at goldsouke outlet has made it not anymore from now. Either train Ur staff at this outlet to behave with the customer or close shop. I'm never dining from any kfc from now. Just worst

They don't provide diet pepsi for KFC meal they will only provide normal pepsi and if u want diet u have to pay extra

When you want that delicious golden battered chicken with that American taste, KFC will do the trick. (though I secretly enjoy Popeye’s better). They certainly beat any local Indian joint I’ve had fried chicken from. Knocking them down stars because after all, it’s still American fast food.

We were not so satisfied with KFC in gold souk. Compared to other KFC in Cochin the food there wasnt so tasty.it dint feel "soo good". But the service was great. Gold souk has a spooky environment and bad maintenance.

First of all. Dont expect the food to be delivered on time if ordered through the KFC app. Even after you get The chicken, you wont be able enjoy it because it doesn't taste like KFC

The worst experience by far. I ordered a meal for the team, and received the confirmation order. Then 40 minutes later I get a call telling me that I will receive my order at 4: 30pm due to a bulk order that was placed. There is no tracking info of my order that was placed on the mobile app. I was upset to see such a big brand ruined by just untrained staffs, delivery system, and operations at KFC in Kochin. I would never order again and definitely would never recommend KFC to anyone in India or outside. A brand like this should make their customers enjoy their food, as they are going out of their way to download an app and order the food. Hope everyone reads this, and there is a state wide movement in improving services here.

I don 't like KFC because it wont serve the volume of food for the amount we provide. And the recipe also is not at the point.

Worst ambience for entire kfc! Gold souk is a pit now. The big waste bunkers/sumps are always open just close to kfc

Very bad dealing.after thirty minutes they call and request to cancel.ordered through kfc app.kfc app and their promo doesnt work

As expected from the brand, the food is tasty. Rates are high. I was given the choice of a combo but in bill it appeared separately. Didnt look convincing.

The best Kfc restaurant i have ever visited in kerala. Even if the mall looks litte old, the restaurent is awesome. Especially the service and food

Tasty and crunchy chicken and other foods serving in hot. Attractive atmosphere. Neat and clean. Hygienically above standard. Cheaper combos and family package. Kids favorite location. Pleasing staff. Well display and lighting arrangements. A leasure place for family and friends. Door delivery offered through KFC web site within approximate 4 kilo meters.

KFC is situated on the ground floor of the mall. Easily accessible. It's in the entrance of the gold souk mall. Received the order in time. It would have been nice if hand wash was present inside KFC.

Tastey. Nice ambience. Took minimum 15min to order the item. Another 15 min took to deliver the item.

Good ambience, much space, good service. Not much waiting. I also ordered parcels, they give it to me while am on outside the shop too

Often I think the oil is too much. I think they should reduce the preservatives in that. The Krushers are awesome

Food is good.but preparing it took alot of time even though we ordered it half n hour before we had reached the outlet by kfc app

Though the food was good, they really messed up my bill. And I had to wait for over an hour to get it corrected.

They don't give the bill even after requesting for it, there excuse was the bill amount should be greater than 450 to get hard copy

Well maintained. However one has lots of options here.with McD.subway.burger king.all housed in lulu.
