Frequently unhappy…especially the manger woman she doesn’t know how to behave professionally

Stole my food, I ordered and the delivery guy said he wasn't allowed to pick it up. Waited 3 hours and still no food. Worst restaurant and worst experience. Same thing happens even in dine in, they take forever to service orders and tables always remain dirty. Never visit this establishment.

It was delicious. Well, I might not have the knowledge about why the inside had most of blackish flesh that did not seem edible.

We went there for dinner on a Tuesday night. The display which shows the status of the order automatically moved the order as ready within a short time. I don’t understand the purpose of the display if it is going to display the info incorrectly anyway. The order took another 25 mins or so to be ready. The wings were undercooked. The popcorn chicken too looked the same. Burgers were okay.

Employees are not friendly and non communicable. Have ordered a peri peri chicken bucket. They served the classic one. Didn't noticed first, then went to ask they responded "it's out of stock". Didn't told before ordering.

It was lunch time when we entered and was’t that busy though.so we ordered a combo meal and a french fries and the total was 607 rs and we had difficulty with their Qr scanner m bank was saying its not a valid and then i wanted to pay by card but the staff told me that option is not available as i opted gpay so i paid cash.went to the table and it was dirty and told the staff to clean it she did it but wasn’t clean at all and i called the staff again and told them to clean it.food was delicious and yummy as always in KFC. I would say the staffs need to be trained coz later when it got busy i saw a big line piling up and should inform all guest to put their plates and the left overs in the bin as its self service.

The food is presented neatly and efficiently. Parking and washing space are both scarce. On the ground level, there is only one washbasin and one bathroom.odour coming from the toilet

Staff didn't co-operate when we wanted to change to a higher dish. Telling hierarchy stories. But the ordered food itself was fantastic

Service is extremely delayed and they ONLY service Halal Chicken. They have no option for a Christian or a non muslim. All are FORCED to have KFC prepared with Meat offered to Allah and slaughtered in an unethical way. Also meat was rubbery and tables were dirty even after we sat down. Understaffed. Don't recommend.

No combos available. No Pepsi available. Everything we need to buy separate. Cool drinks machine is not working. Very bad.

Food tastes good.

Accepts gpay.
Very fast service during afternoon but service gets delayed in the evening.
Ambiance is satisfactory level. Not too good or bad.
Overall is a good restaurant.

സമയം വെറുതെ പോകും. Online ഡെലിവറി ബോയ്‌കളുടെ തിരക്കാണ്. അവർ അവരെ മാത്രം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കും. അവസാനം അവർ പറയും ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ ആകും എന്നു.

Slow service but excellent taste. Zinger burgers are great here. Wednesdays they run offers. Order on the kfc app to avoid waiting in long queue.

ജീവിതത്തിൽ ഇതുപോലെ ഒരു വൃത്തികെട്ട experience ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല. Cash കൊടുക്കാതെ വെറുതെ പോയി ചോദിക്കുന്നപോലെ അവിടുത്തെ സ്റ്റാഫ്‌ കസ്റ്റമർനോട്‌ പെരുമാറുന്നത്.

Very bad service.

I ordered a No. 13, No. 12 and 3 No. 2s from this KFC Branch.
What went wrong:
- Horrible packaging, Everything's so congested.
- Didn't receive our full combo package, French Fries were missing, a few chicken wings were missing as well.
- We paid around 1500 bucks for this in total and I can definitely say McDonalds would offer much more for around the same price. I understand the current situation and the rush but the customer service in this branch was very poor.

We were not interested in going back to the store and doing all the drama as our house is pretty far from this branch and is the only branch nearest to us.

I henceforth will not come back to this KFC Branch.

I waited more than 1 hr for the food and when j asked it still was preparing and they asked 20 mins more I cancelled my orders there hospitality is soo bad

Yesterday I went there and ordered 2 pieces of burger and a small bucket of 4 pieces, the Chicken was ok but the burger was really waste nothing was inside except a small piece of chicken and cabbage not even mayonnaise or any kind of sauce. The total bill was 710 so I asked for the balance after giving 750, balance amount was clearly written on the bill but the supplier told me that amount is for carry bag I didn't get any carry bag other than the normal one. Please aware of this kind of cheating. I was rushing for vaccination so I don't had enough time to waste there asking about this carry bag price which was not included in the bill. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDSTER

Loved it, was a superb meal and had it plenty.
Was worth it and I would suggest to add coleslaw too!
Last but not the least, the bread we had was yumm.

It was first ever experience. And it was nice too. Delicious crispy chicken, we went on a special offer day.

I came in the morning. It was a good experience for me. The food was very good.specialy girls staff friendly

KFC is good but the service of a brand which they give to their customers is worst if compared with among the other brands.just because of Corona.spoiling your image is not good. Staffs are not at all professional.when a customer comes they very casually ask wat u want? And the attitude which they carry.ohh ma God.so train ur staff properly.give them more training about service and how to behave and treat a customer. And please the higher authorities a request to you guys please monitor all of your Stores, Staff and your policies whether its been followed or not.

Kfc have a worldwide reputation but i dont feel that its really worth of it. Totally disappointed

Cant compare the KFC's overseas. But, series good quality food, good place for children and family who loves chicken.

These are the things which we noticed when we checked in at KFC, Kollam.

(1) Seating
Only seating at ground floor due to some maintenance and constructions at floors above. So we had to wait little till we got a table to dine in.

(2) Order Serving Time
We were asked to wait for 20 minutes to serve but luckily less customers were there, so served us in 10 minutes.
Served items were hot and fresh especially chicken which was properly cooked with signature taste of KFC.

(3) Menu
All foods were not available mentioned in the menu. Smoky Grilled Chicken was not available because of the complaint of the machine as informed by the staff at billing.
Also felt quantity of French Fries was less.
Some Broasted Chicken pieces was also small in size even though they taste same great KFC recipe.

(4) Car Parking
There is issue in parking lot. Only few cars can be parked in front of the restaurant.
We parked our car opposite side of the road to the restaurant.

(5) Bad Odour
We noticed bad foul smell in the premises of the restaurant. Even though the smell was less inside the restaurant because of the closed glass doors and air conditioning, the smell would enter when someone opens the entrance door.
We found out from where the odour came. Sorry to say it came from the drainage hole containing sewage water which was flowing in front of the restaurant where cars were parked and customers have to enter and exit and from restaurant walking over this dirty smelly sewage water.
It is actually unhygienic pathetic condition which may cause unhealthy situations.

(6) Cleanliness
The restaurant lacks cleanliness overall.
Toilets were dirty, smelly not maintained properly. Wash basins were no clean. Air hand drier not working. Not tissue to clean hands in toilet and near washbasin.
Cleaning table before serving next customer was not up to mark. Food waste and spills on the floor remained unclean even next customer was served.

Service is not good as compared to other kfc s. When ever we go budget will not be available. Staffs are lying when we asked about that. Food is good.

Food is Good. But when we are their lot of crowd and noise and service is not up to the mark feel like they don't know how to handle customers the they speaks i am not happy

1) Food was good
2) Good seating arrangement
3) Parking space is available
4) Serving was good.
5) There was no delay in serving the food.
6) Overall I had a good experience.

KFC is KFC! So nothing to say about the food. But, the staffs look lazy and I think a digital screen for token numbers is required.

Very bad service. Staff simply roaming around and not attending customers. They are not willing to explain combos and acting busy.interestingly there were only few customers were present. Food was okay.

Well Its Kfc And There Isn't Much To Say As We All Know It! But The Food Gets A Bit For A Time To Get Served, Thats The Only Trade Off!

The food is OK. But the staff seem to be disoriented and the waiting time is a little long I did a takeaway today, ordered and paid for extra mayo but when I got home I found out that I didn't get it. And I tried to contact the franchise at kollam Kerala but no number was available. How will the people give feedback if the management doesn't even want the people to contact them. I hope the problem will be corrected

Very bad service and food.today 1/9/19.ordered chicken popcorn 2 medium.take away.went and tasted at home.very very salty.cant even swallow.waited for abt 20 min to get this horrible stuff.tried calling to tell complaint in the number printed.but no response.very bad choice nd service.such franchise should be terminated by the kfc.it spoils the reputation.

Disappointed. Very bad service. Very crowded and no place for customers to dine in. Food quality very bad. Not recommended. Not worth the money. This branch ruining the brand value of KFC.

Very poor. Chicken was raw inside. French fries was cold and overly charged ; Rs. 75/- for some 25gm.

The worst place to buy food. Even the local broasted chicken vendors are much better than this. Clearly not recommended to try the hot grills chicken. Its not even cooked properly. Yuckkk

So dirty the tables, under the tables, even the restrooms had no water! Horrible experience at Kollam Kfc! Not going there again!

Terrible services! Been waiting for more than 30 mins for getting 4 piece chicken. This KFC have more staffs than most of the KFC.still makes us wait. Only few responsible staffs! Can see most of them busy in there own mobile phones. If you guys can't provide a better service then please shut down this business. You guys are ruining the KFC franchise!

Fried chicken was bad in quality when I visited last time in month of July 2019.
Hope management will consider the feed back and improve

Don't have to say much about the food, the only negative is that parking is very tight not a problem if you are on a two-wheeler

Good KFC on NH in Kollam. Service is good. Broasted may not live up to occasion sometimes. Anyway it's KFC. Broasted better than smoky

They don't even serve coleslaw. Like what kind of KFC doesn't serve coleslaw. They also haven't got the traditional 15,18,21 pcs large bucket. They max out at 10. Some of the pieces were undercooked. Not the traditional KFC you're used to.

Every Wednesday me and my friend go there good food as you know it's KFC, Wednesday it's a lot busy so much people but every one is welcomed and got top floor also. Where. You. And your friends or family can enjoy the food

Its a wonderfull place to hangout with friends and family.ample space for sitting.though it may get crowded on weekends and public holidays.staff are nice and customer friendly.alltogethwr a nice hangout place.
