The kfc outlet which is situated in karunagappally is a very convinent place. There is a lot of parking space. And the food quality and customer service is excellent. Do experience the taste of the real recipes. Classic burger and chicken popcorn is my favourites do try them.

Swiggy orders by customers getting too delay. Online counter is very uncomfortable. There is not have any good counder point for Deluvery Executives. It is in open area without waiting chairs. Counder window is in hight and difficult to communicate.

They don't give the offer. When we asked for 9 strips offer all over india (9 days) in all advertisements, they said it was finished before 1 pm. We don't get that offer. If the offer is limited, why don't they mention it in the ad. I think it's because of Sunday. They don't give offers on Sunday even if the offer exists.
So we ordered another pack without any offer.

Super for a tier 2 town like Karunagapally.
They had everything on the menu in the morning itself.

Food is by KFC standards. I don't know, somehow I feel KFC staff is always arrogant leaving the table service guy.

I have ordered something and they packed and given me something else. Once I opened it at home I was wondering that I found different things. What a shame on you KFC Karunagappally?

Disappointed. What a downfall with the service quality for the premium we pay compared to local copy cats. They offer better service. Too many people at the counter but only one lane was taking order. Anvarsha was pleasing. Card payment device didn't work. Dining seats could have been well maintained, dirt patches over the black seats are visible. Overall didn't feel the KFC experience generally offered in a standard franchise. Please maintain the benchmark. Food and ambience were good though.

Had a great tym there & their smoki grill chicken was soo yum.never had in this taste frm any other outlet

Previously the taste and quantity was good, recently they are providing less quantity and also the quality and quantity of drinks is very pathetic.

Ofcourse it's KFC no need to say too much. Clean outlet with great ambiance and good service. Have plenty of parking space. And yummy food

Very spacious with ample parking space. Only had a classic zinger burger, it was bland in taste with a simple mayo, lettuce and unsalted crunchy chicken.

Good place for a quick meal and with plenty of parking out front, which is really important as most places around town here have terrible parking problems.

I have a good experience there but delivery speed is a little bit slow otherwise it's such a good place the cool and calm atmosphere lets you to enjoy the food

Lot of parking space is a plus point of this place. As always KFC as a brand is keeping up their quality.

Really good experience. Order pickup and delivery time is comparatively less than other outlets. So we don't need to wait for long time. Good parking space is another plus point.

Horrible experience.the worst KFC outlet, so far noticed.including the staff, their have no respect for the money and time we spent.

The pre- fried chickens they serve are not good.
All items are pre-fried and already made so now when we order they serve at instantly at the billing counter itself but the taste is not that good.
The ambiance is all nice, spacious and well maintained, the service is also nice

Asked some hot water for my baby.
They said we don't serve hot water here.
I said can u please arrange its for my baby.
He reply was a hard NO.
They are also not customer friendly staff.

Please give the staff a training at kochi outlets.

This review is not because of getting hot water.
Only because of staffs behavior and attitude to a customer.

First off all the parking space of kfc karunagappally is really amazing.
This kfc keeps all international national standards such as the neat and clean atmosphere and well interacted staffs

Pathetic experience,
After ordering, the food recieved was not hot. The fries were cold.
It looked like it was made earlier for easy convenience.

I would recommend anyone going here to check whether the food served is fresh or not.

Well placed for the traveling customer very good parking space and super customer service and nice product quality
