This is so unfortunate that KFC is making fake promises to attract customers.
Today i had to eat half cooked substandard potato frys instead of the regular crispy french fries my all time favourite.half cooked chicken pieces and semi carbonated plane water instead of pepsi as they offer in the wednesday combo pack. These may be minor negligence from the staff or from the management which i believe is going to put KFC Alleppey in trouble.
If things go like this they are playing with the health of the people and should be brought to the attention of the health department authority.

We have been a regular customer since venture started in alappuzha it's so unfortunate that we were fooled this time with carbonated water instead of Pepsi as they promise, some substandard regular crispy French fries and semi boiled chicken pieces instead of hot and crispy fried chicken. We make sure that this will be our last visit to KFC Alappuzha.

Worst outlet of kfc bought ultimate savings bucket instead of Pepsi they provide French fries, double down and french fries really sucks in this outlet kfc in lulu, gold souk and central mall tastes soo good only this outlet provides such bad food.

There was a foul smell on the ground floor. Also staff should welcome the guest with a smile on their face. Food quality was at par with the KFC anywhere else.

Tastiest smoky grill chicken in kerala. Hospitality and ambience is truly notable with an gentle disposition. For an malayalees chicken craving kfc is highly recommended (smoky grill) cause its not oily and health wise well grilled and tasty flavour.

Superb place as similar to other kfc but it is having less crowd compared to others and that's good.
There are to place to get a sit one is jyst front of the counter and for another take the ladders and reach to the roof also have washroom.

One of the best KFC outlets in Kerala. Compared to a lot of other KFC outlets this outlet is clean and the cubicles are set in a way to offer maximum privacy though small. Most of the times when I went the chicken tasted fresh and hence the preparation was good.

Only.kfc in alappuzha sometimes they provide the best fried chicken.but now a days food taste is lil bit on the downside

If you are looking for an international standard for the food its not that place, for example the burger that I ordered did not keep the kfc standered. The bun used is partly stale and the mayonaise and sauce was put just for a name sake. Its like a chiken piece between two bun, that should we can make at home. Its shows that it has drive through facility but not working.

Like the professionalism of staffs. But the chicken could have been cooked a bit well. It's a crowdy place as it's on highway.

The standard of KFC is maintained. The quality of the food is great the recent love is the drinks they are providing (other than the packaged ones) since its a self service system the service part cannot be comments on. Service is prompt. Place clean. The first floor is very spacious, Good ambience and Very hygenic. Ample of car parking. There is a Drive-through too, but it seems they have stopped it temporarily. They don't have home delivery service as of now.

Good food good ambiance. Delay for serving food is an issue. No enough staff is there to clean the tables in first floor
