Very disappointed and also worst experience. Unskilled employees, they don't how to behave to a customer

We had ordered from KFC. We had taken 12 piece strips combo. It was not at all flavourful and did not like it at all. Please provide atleast good tasty food for the money we are paying.

A Disappointing Visit to KFC

I visited KFC hoping to indulge in their delicious Pulinchodu, a delightful treat I've always enjoyed. Unfortunately, my experience on this particular visit left much to be desired, with several concerning issues that marred the overall experience.

First and foremost, cleanliness was a major concern. As I entered the establishment, I couldn't help but notice the presence of houseflies, which is far from the hygienic standards I would expect from a well-known restaurant like KFC. This not only diminished my appetite but also raised questions about the cleanliness of the food preparation areas.

Secondly, the lack of staff professionalism was evident. The counter was empty when I arrived, and I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to place my order. Even when a staff member finally arrived, they seemed disorganized and inattentive, which further added to my frustration.

What was even more disheartening was witnessing staff members openly quarreling with each other. This lack of professionalism and teamwork in front of customers is not only unbecoming but also reflects poorly on the brand's image.

Lastly, the service efficiency was severely lacking. Stock cartons were piled up in the entrance, creating an uninviting atmosphere and making it difficult for customers to navigate the restaurant. The chaos and disarray were far from what one would expect from a reputable fast-food chain like KFC.

In conclusion, I hope that KFC takes these concerns seriously and undertakes necessary steps to improve the overall customer experience. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, training staff to be more professional and attentive, and ensuring efficient service are crucial for preserving the reputation of this beloved restaurant. I look forward to seeing these issues addressed so that future visits to KFC can be as enjoyable as the Pulinchodu itself.

WORM IN BURGER!
I feel extremely sorry to have witnessed an incident with my wife's Tandoori Zinger ordered this evening. I had been with my wife and children here for dinner past 8.45pm. I was surprised to see a worm wiggling through the lettuce leaf placed within the burger! As soon she spotted the worm, she gave up eating. Felt really bad that half was already consumed! I reported it to the cashier and handed the incomplete burger container to them. After 5 minutes, an officer came towards our table and apologized for the incident and offered to replace with a new burger, which I didn't trust to recieve. He said the worm could have come from the leaf! He also informed us that these leaves are washed well before being served, but the explanation didn't appeal us at all.
As this is my first experience in a food outlet, really feel dejected and disappointed!

Incredibly crowded on a weekday evening. Had a zinger pro which was quite good. Getting parking is a challenge. The staff is quite slow on clearing tables.

Worst customer service.was charged for mayonnaise without my permission and that too rs 318.when asked the employee just replied, here it’s like that

There is something seriously wrong with the oil/chicken. I ordered a 6 piece hot and crispy chicken and ended up having a ghee/buttery feeling on fingers and inside my mouth having them. A feel similar to having a bad ghee rice /biriyani. I don't know, they should seriously check their oil or whatever ingredient is causing this to their chicken. I have had KFC from many different places but this is the first time I am facing such an issue. Other's please watch out for this incase you are dining /ordering from here.

The food was Ok!
I was the only person to order when i went there.
I felt the way the order taking guy behaved was really disappointing. I guess it was the store manager. As a staff one should be more customer concerned as a person who pays the money we need to know how the split up works, as the bill didn't had the price of each item, it was like if i am asking something wrong to him, Attitude problem. Need to change guys!

Worst service ever for me in a kfc outlet.i got an order number 20813586 with a pick up time of 12.15pm.when we reached there at 12.35 pm order wasnt ready.when enquired they havent known about the order too behaved rudely too.i was delivered the order at 1: 00 pm.the behaviour of the staff was utmost disappointing.

Very bad experience. They take order and give some other items when its take away. Their billing is not clear. As if it shouldn't be understood by a customer. And the attitude of the staff is also very bad.

Alike other kfc's in the town, this too providing great fried chicken. But service could have better as this is a reputed brand. Should work more on customer friendliness and helping with needs.

Very good service. They had asked me to wait in my car and had given my take away to car. Staff named rehna was so helpful.

Worst kfc i have ever visited. The chicken fries and all are preheated not at all fresh very bad. The service and all are bad.dont visit here.

Glad to see this shop @ Aluva. Interior space is minimum. Rates are comparatively lesser (new shop offers). Visibility of the shop is good. Parking slot is available.

The service is pathetic and they least care for the customer. We don't get the complete choices ordered despite being billed. Right now at this place and been waiting for an hour to receive the ordered food. The AC is not working too.

Very slow in serving the orders, Space is less compared to chick king.
Nice to see KFC at Aluva "Finger Licking"

Had good time with them. Well arranged within the less space. Went for kitchen tour. Good option.
