KFC

I have ordered bucket popcorn biriyani, by seeing the quantity shown in the menu picture. By what I have received is very pathetic. The container is not even filled half with the item. Just only a handful of rice and 4 to 6 pieces of popcorn chicken

Food we know already. The seating arrangements are not good as the other Kfc's in town. Could be better.

If any one want to eat Veg meal in KFC so it’s waste of time and money. No taste for veg burger.

Bottled pepsi was offered to online order but not for customers visiting the outlet.why this differential treatment

Could have wrapped the pepsi in a better way, spilled most of it
Charged 6rs for extra carry bag also

No pepsi? Available only lose in cup and not prepared proper french fries like i am eating outside on thela in 10rs

Worst service, staff are just playful and on the phone all the time. Customer service is just too bad, worst kfc in Ernakulam.

They have served cold food. Even after telling them to warm it up, they did not do it. Very disappointed.

Most pathetic KFC branch I have ever seen, it's full of mosquitos and houseflies very unhygienic! I seriously doubt wether this is real KFC

Dropped in for a quick bite and the place felt like any other KFC franchise. I had ordered a 6pc hot & crispy bucket and a Chicken Biriyani bucket meal. The chicken was too hot (to the point of being uncomfortable to eat) and it took nearly 10-15 minutes for it to come down to a manageable temperature. The service was decent and the washrooms were clean as well.

Good food like any other KFC. I found the service to be a little slow. Maybe just a one off thing. Staff is very polite.

Apart from the other kfc's i visited, this one has good ambience. Chickens are yum as always.

Very poor service. Need to remind to clean the table.when tried to ordered combo of rs 689 they informed smoky chicken is not available.

We had a really bad experience at this branch we always loved KFC but then we recently visited this branch on 10 feb 2020 at around 10: 30pm were really hungry and Jet lag too expecting something really tasty but then what we received was not comparable to KFC standards
1.there was no AC on.when asked to manager he said the AC gets automatically shut when the time is over it seems.so that’s not customer compliant is it?
2.there was no exhaust all the room was full of smoke and we where with our 1year old baby with no ventilation
3. We asked for a high chair for the baby which every other KFC branch has but here there was no high chair here,
4. And for my surprise the hot and crispy chicken which we ordered din have any taste no salt no pepper no spice at all it was bland.
Was not expecting this from KFC really disappointed we din enjoy our meal that day and all the time we were discussing how could it be KFC we need to think again to come to KFC.

Fine branch of kentucky. Well maintained with quick services. They have burgers and fried chicken. Fried chicken doesnt have the grilled variety due to unavailability of machine in this branch. Good washroom available. Live music and tv s also there. Outside food not allowed. High chairs available.

Never before have I seen such a depressing piece of chicken. They should compete with McDonald’s on who can misrepresent their menu the most. Instead of putting cheese all over, they just put a spot of cheese in the centre of each piece and threw some veggies on it. No self respecting pizza or chicken should be served this way.

I suppose this is a product they had discontinued and brought back. Why they discontinued it is pretty clear to me now.

Place is decent but needs to improve. There is no shortage of parking and the access is good.

This is second time I went to this KFC. Before as well as now both the times quantity of French fries was less than central mall KFC. A fat lady stands on French fries Counter and make sure extra French fries which are popping out of cover should be removed. Then also she doesn't get satisfied and keep on removing fries till it will taken buy someone. Don't reply me sorry. Just take action on that lady. She saw that I am looking at her then also she doesn't bother.

WORST EXPERIENCE FROM KFC RAVIPURAM
Waited for more than 1 & half hours, food is not yet prepared

Pathetic service. 3 people to note down one order. They have no idea about the sequence of orders coming up. No one for clearing the tables. Each and every table was uncleared. And the grilled chicken maker was not working. Wonder if the actual KFC knows how the staff there is ruining the brand's reputation. Either provide the staff some proper training or try to hire some good people. We had to literally walk out of the place without ordering anything.it happened today in between 9 and 10 pm. You can check it out on your CCTV. Complete thumbs down.

I have ordered a mingles bucket fried chicken as take away parcel. They cheated by keeping two layers of chicken. Upper layer is OK in taste, but the lower is too salty and spicy with very dark colour. Since, it is a parcel they thought I won't come back to ask about it.
