Kfc Kottarakkara

We ordered 12 pcs bucket+Biriyani Rice+Roll. It was not as good as expected. It was not spicy and not fresh. Not recommended.

My experience was horrible.the food taste and size was not what I expected but customer service was good though.anyways I ordered 2 person meal which was around Rs. 800/-. 1 classic zinger burger with classic zinger meal that included chicken burger with fries and 2 chicken wings.burger was tasteless and the chicken inside was bland, fries didn't had any salt in it and chicken wings which was really small and it was salty.as we were not full we had to order 2 chicken breast and has expected flavourless and bland. Customer service was good I had to say that but food.it is a big no!

Decent experience, but compared to other KFC outlets, I think there's a taste difference in the big pieces. The texture of meat is a bit different idk the reason. I won't rate it so highly however the add-ons like popcorn, strips, burgers are amazing. But the big pieces lack in taste. The ambience and customer service is good. It's easily accessible too.

Overall it's good, but compared to other outlets that I've eaten it's average.

They don't have anything like Classic Chicken Krisper, means anything under 100rs is not in stock. Easy way to loot the customer with high priced items. I have lot of other options in kottarakkara and not required KFC food anymore.

Don't oder their i place oder today evening 6.30 after 1 hour one guy call to me ask my location then he telling the location is too long canot deliver the location u can come and take away from alredy the amout deducted from my account i dont know when i get it back my money very bad and disappointed experience ever happened in my life so guys any body want online oder before you call them directly and dubble check your location will be delivered this peoples totally very disappointed

Compare to other outlets, thus outlet is worst. Don't go there, the food is very low quality, waste of money, bad customer service, totally bad experience

Food is normal
Formalities for billing and ordering conveys the message that the food is special (but reality is not so)
Take care/look into the cost. 7up which we get at bakery for ten rupees will be served in a paper cup with straw at the cost on 79 rupees.

You need to take a call on how much you should loose from your pocket to make such companies rich

Very poor food and service quality. No contact point for customer care. Check below posted photos. Cheeza ordered take away, it was reheated (the restaurant manager himself said). And the appearence was also bad.see the first two puctures.later after a long fight it was replaced with "a new one". See the last photo. Evaluate the difference in appearance, if you order anything for takeaway, open and check before you leave the shop.

Good food but the preparation time is too high. Parking space is limited, so you will have to find some space on road side to park your vehicle during peak hours.

The establishment becomes extremely crowded after 4 PM daily, causing delays in ordering and receiving food. Despite having ample seating space, cleanliness standards are below average, and limited parking with only space for 4-5 cars may make it difficult to find a spot.

I put in a takeaway order from the KFC app with the pickup store as KFC kottarakkara. I received confirmation that the order will be ready by 6: 10pm. When I reached there, they didn't even start preparing the order and I was forced to wait there for close to one hour. I'm really disappointed by this sort of service. I didn't even get any sort of regret from the staff for the inconvenience I faced. These sort of issues should be properly addressed by a corporate like KFC. Even such a mistake was done by a normal restaurant I wouldn't mind because they are small and might not have that much funding for keeping a proper management system in place. This could be my last order from KFC kottarakkara and as a note of caution if you are in a hurry don't order from there online or offline.

Loved this KFC, as it is new in my town, the best part is the food is crispy and fresh, the quality is well maintained. Loved the experience.

50 min to deliver 6 pcs chicken, pathetic service. So many red T shirt staff roaming around, but very poor customer service.

I have ordered KFC bucket for Rs. 1256 but package was really Worst. When I saw suddenly while driving cola cup was spoiled everything in bag. Package was really Worst.

This is not authentic KFC service. I won't recommend.the quality of food is very poor. Ordering through swiggy is totally spam. Currently 179 take out option running there is no bucket option combo available I don't know the reason. Totally disappointing.

Finally KFC is at KOTTARAKKARA. If you are looking for the Brand KFC expense wont be a matter. But if you are looking for budget friendly. There are other brands of broast Chickens. So enjoy food life guys

Was pleasantly surprised to find a KFC in Kottarakara. Chocked tasted similar to normal kfc, burger bread was soft. Air conditioners were off, has to ask the staff to switch on. In general nice.

The taste is really good on par with any KFC in big cities. Dining space is big but parking maybe an issue in peak hours.

When i entered the washroom, foul smell was disgusting.

Delayed and poor service, food get cold.long waiting time for take away services. Overall poor service

Usually all kfc outlets taking 5 to 10 minutes to prepare, but here it takes more than half hour, so those have more time they can choose here

Don't trust the service if we order for 10 piece they gave only 9 piece and we pay a large amount also.why

One and only KFC outlet in Kottarakara. The restaurant is situated near by SBI, Supplyco, Electricity office etc. (left side of Kollam - Thenkasi Highway). In order to avoid waiting period we can order dishes in advance throgh KFC app. This can be used for take-out, dine in, delivery.

Have been to 20+ outlet. This is one of the worst KFC outlet i went to. Food taste is not good. Burger with bad lettuce and wings with burned crumples. Resturant need to improve its food quality. Also serving time is more that usual.
