Visited at lunch time, and the place was not crowded. Service staff were courteous and very pleasant. Food preparation time was a little slow. Atmosphere is on par with most other branches and good to see the same or slightly better quality in a lesser known town.

Pathetic service. Ordered 8 pcs Boneless meal take away. Upon reaching home found that the packs contains only 4 pcs. After order within 10 minutes the order displayed as ready. Pick up guy said “ sir it’s just automatic system and the order ready display is just for showing, actually it will take more time” Waited for 25 minutes to get the order delivery. Token 8630

Had the onam special pack today. But i think it's waste of money. The taste was not at all good as any other broasted chickens available here. Chicken is too much oily and the dips are very useless. Overall It's not as expected. Above all, everyone knows that as always we can't even have a plate which can comfortably keep a single chicken piece.

It was a bad experience from here. The chicken was too oily and it doesn't have a good taste, also the bread is not fresh. Moreover I would like to say that, there is no plate provided for eating the chicken and also to put the waste. Although we are spending these much money and we are not getting the basic benefits from your side.

Tried 4 piece pack. It was just okay. French fries was salty. Chicken pieces was having more bones than flesh. Mayo and Tandoori dips are for name sake. Totally useless. Parking is also bit tricky.

Guys, In Thodupuzha there are many brosted chicken shops available now, don't wait for 'KFC'.

The chicken tastes good but just like every other KFC there is no value for money. As everyone knows KFC is highly expensive compared to other such stores. The ambience is good and the staffs are well behaved. Parking can be improved.

One of worst KFC franchise.i request you all not to visit this place. Totally disappointed.no taste at all. Better I should have had from thattu kada shop.henceforth go for local.not hifi like kfc thodupuzha

Very polite behaviour from staff and we'll maintained toilets and wonderful ambience. Worth the money

Had a good visit butNormal juciy chicken was not there. It was dry. Batter coating was slightly on the higher side. Need little more improvement for keeping with orginal standard. Parking space is also limited 2 cars only.

I have taken 10 burgers (take a way) and all my family members had loose motion.anyone knows where to register a complaint please let me know

Parking space is very less especially if it is rush hour. Staffs were polite but cleanliness is awful. Tables and floors were not properly cleaned and sanitised. There were stains of Pepsi and fries were lying down on floor below the table. No cleaning is done after customer leaving the table very poor management from KFC.

The food was good and tasty.just like any other KFCs.didnt feel any difference after having the food.

Now they have started delivery service through their kfc app and also through swiggy and zomato.

I don’t know why they charged for MAYO just ask them first is it charged or complimentary They charge 170 rs for 6 pack MAYO…… I didn’t ask mayo keep in my bag chicking and other outlet they gave complimentary

Good food, polite staff. Now available on all major delivery apps as well.
Parking can be tricky. Don't go fo readymade Mayo, the other sauce and ketchup is much better.

So pathetic as far as the brand KFC is concerned. Worst service and absolutely tasteless. Combos are no way customer oriented. Charging heavy even for soft drinks. Worst!

I ordered the Kfc app food yesterday evening
They delivered on time and delivery person also good. They only call me once and when I look they have reached the front of my house. Also their food was good Thank you very much KFC team?

Very disappointed dining experience. It's an international chain but there's no a/c. We have a request to on a/c. Pepsi is not chilled at all.taste want to become improve.

If you ask me what's the tastiest food in KFC, I would say it's burger because it's the tastiest food.

I went to the Kfc yesterday Evening and I'm ordered a burger and I ate it and it was a very tasty food. And Fast Delvery.

Disappointed?    Chicken bones are freezed inside. Only outside layers are fried . The taste and quality were so miserable. Don't know whether they fry chicken before the orders and store it. Very bad

KFC spoiled our dinner. Placed a scheduled delivery for family dinner - received SMS confirmation.

“Finger lickin' goodness is on its way! Your KFC Order No. K456****** has been dispatched and will be delivered to you shortly. ”

Waited for 2.5 hrs, hungry, disappointed and NO delivery. Bad customer experience.

Sorry to say everything (wings, fries, burger) tasted like chlorine most probably due too the water used in preparation. Fries were totaly inedible. Wings were missing the usual KFC taste and the decor is not upto the mark and parking might get tricky on busier days. Staff were welcoming and order was delivered fast, full marks to them on that aspect.

Fried chicken had a layer of sticky oil which formed a coating on the tongue and then it tastes very bitter. Also the bone was cold unlike the meat which was hot!

Not like original KFC, Out side looks like KFC but inside LFC (Locally Fried Chicken), and one glass of pepsi (200 ml) cost rs 89

The taste doesn't support the original KFC. This store can represent how bad is the franchise series in different locations

Food is ok, but need to try more for critical review. Situated near to Silk Yarn with seating capacity of approximately 50. Might be tricky to park the car at busy times.
