KILA Regional Centre

KILA Project Management Unit (PMU) is a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for KIIFB funded school construction projects. Around 30 employees are working in this office as part of this project. Most of them are Civil Engineers.

Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA) is an autonomous institution functioning for the Local governments in Kerala. It was registered under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Act 1955. The regional centre Trivandrum, the head office located in Thrissur mulankunnathukavu this is the one of the sub centre of the Kerala institute of local administration where is conduct different training programs workshops and other meetings the sub centre is located in Trivandrum kumarapuram
